Fillipe is a friendly shy man, you can always message or call him if you need anything.
He has a nice house, it has a kitchen with dining area. 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom.
With google maps you can easily find the house.
Places like Lucca, Pisa Florence is easily accessible. If you want to go to the beach, go to Marina de Pisa and park the car near Grand hotel Golf Tirrenia. Groceries: Conad, Penny, Carefour (Lucca), Eurospin. Restaurants: Flamingo (next door), Bella e Pronta, Zi Meo, Kisoro Sushi, Cliff restaurant.
