“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The reception staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. You can clearly see that the hotel management cares deeply about guest satisfaction—every effort is made to ensure people leave with a smile. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was both delicious and served in a pleasant atmosphere.”
