“Large spacious room with an equally sizable bathroom, air con that actually cooled the room (unlike most brand hotels these days). Opening windows and proper shutters on the windows. Mini fridge is always welcome. It has a small stock or you can pop to the Conrad opposite for your more familiar items.
The location was better than I had hoped and is way closer to the heart of the town than it looks on the map. Lots of parking. Never had a worry about a space.

“Very comfortable hotel, recently refurbished, with a well designed and functional room and bathroom, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too. Perfect for a stopover on the way to and from holiday areas further south - easy to find, excellent parking, a short walk into town for bars and restaurants, with a supermarket opposite and a petrol station across the road. Also very well situated for visiting Bologna, Modena and the other northern cities.”
“A brand new stylishly refurbished b&B with a big rooms and bathrooms. The personnel are very polite and welcoming. Very flexible check in. Parking for free nearby. Welcoming cold water and espresso available all day long. In the city centre with plenty of pizzerias and cafés but very quiet.
