“Everything. The location is superb, the views were stunning, the self-check-in worked flawlessly and when I needed help with the airco, Tommaso, the owner answered within 5 minutes. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, and it is not far from the lodging into Florence (apparently - I did not try). There was a VERY warm welcome for my dog. Breakfast was served by the owner himself, and he was more than friendly with very good English. I have travelled extensively and this find was really exceptional. Bravo!”
