  “The outdoor space. This villa definitely makes the most of the lovely Sicilian weather. There was a covered seating area on the ground floor, and a big terrace on the upper floor, which offers beautiful wraparound views. You have hills (and even a cave! on one side, and in front of you is a breathtaking view of the coast. The pool is a good size, and there are plenty of sunloungers and other seating/lying equipment around. The host was also really responsive on the couple of occasions we did contact them. The set-up of the bedrooms was ideal for us. The internal staircase is a spiral one, as in the photos, but there is also an external one with straight steps. Although it wasn't quite as near amenities as we thought, it didn't take long to get to any in the car (you will need a car!), and it was easy to park at a nearby train station to go to Palermo.”

  “Host was very sweet and thoughtful. We had an early check in. Great location, to the beach, Palermo and so much more. Kitchen had everything we needed + we had a dishwater. The swimming pool was really nice, the sun made the pool a nice temperature. It had a big garden / two terrace so you could always find a spot in the shadow. We also liked the outdoor shower.”

  “We had an amazing stay at this villa! It is very spacious and cozy, perfect for 3–4 families. The location is fantastic — close to the sea, Palermo, and the beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and each room has its own air conditioning. The grounds are filled with palm trees, lemon trees, olive trees, and pomegranate trees, creating an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. A special thanks to the host for helping us with transfer arrangements and other practical matters, as well as for making our stay with our dog so convenient. Highly recommend!”
