Some strange and unpleasant smells from water sources. Quality was poor for the price and a bit noisy being next to the kitchen and noisy banging doors.

Nice location, comfortable amenities. They kept the window open in the shower which made it very cold. Probably to avoid mold though. Only complaint is when I entered my room I had a surprise roommate. A cat! It was no biggie in leading the stray back outside though. Parking is semi reliable at this location, at least it's free.

Location was really good, 15 min walk to highlights in downtown. Very comfortable bed, pillows, blanket. There is a kitchen with microwave, kettle and dishes. Easy check in.

The room we had was not the one shown. Only on night table, mattress was ok but not great. Washer/dryer don’t work very well. Dishes (usually coffee cups) often disappeared. Supplies of fresh towels was limited, as was fresh linens.

I specifically filtered my search options to only include properties that included free parking. I did this because my husband and I both find it very stressful to not know the parking situation and potentially have to drive around looking for a spot. There is free parking in the neighbourhood around the guesthouse, however it isn't assigned - it's just street parking, and when it's busy it can be very difficult to find a spot. We had to drive around a bit searching. Thankfully our rental car was very small so we were able to squeeze in, but I wouldn't really say that this guesthouse provides parking. The only other thing was, we did not see a single staff member our entire stay. It wasn't really an issue but we did find it a bit odd, more like a hostel than guesthouse.

The location of this guesthouse is great. 15-minute walk to downtown (church, shopping street, etc). I appreciated that both the front door and our room door had automatic locks and keypad entry - it made us feel safer than some guesthouses which leave the front door open at all times. The room was very small, basically just a bed, but it was all we needed.

Nothing really but be ready for door slamming. This is slightly out of control on the guesthouse as reliant on guests to consider others.

The guesthouse was a good location for me. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the domestic airport. It's also not far from the bus station from the international airport. The bed was really comfortable and the blackout curtains worked really well. Good communication from the staff.

Just one toilet and one shower for four double rooms, and both of them in the same space. Inconvenient for a guesthouse. There was enough space to put a sofa or some more comfy chairs in the common room, perhaps consider that? Also, no space unpack or take anything out of the suitcase.

It was very hot inside during the first part of the week as the heating was on when it wasn't really needed.

The kitchen and bathroom kept clean, the kitchen was well equipped so we could cook our own meals and the mini-fridge in our rooms came in handy. It was handy to get to the bus station as well as the city centre. Felt a bit like a student halls of residence.

The induction hobs didn’t work the first time we tried to use them, so maybe some instructions on what to do if they aren’t working right away (they were fine the next couple days).
