You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location & as advertised! Clean & has everything you need to stay comfortably. Off the main road. Take hwy 209 NOT 208 from hwy 1 as google maps directs you. Much closer & paved road most of the way. You won't regret staying here!

BelgiumWhen in the area we received an sms from the civil protection to evacuate the area as there was a risk of flood and poisonous gases. When I asked to the owner, she just laughed and said we were not in danger. She did not provide any additional information. We thought it was better to follow the instructions of the civil protection and left early.
It’s a brand new cottage with everything you need. Comfortable, well arranged.

Belgiumplease note that there is no hot water, I had to take a cold shower and the owner clearly doesn’t mind. it’s expensive to have a cold shower so I recommend to look for another place nearby.

IrelandThere is no proper pathway to the house so you need to carry your luggage if you do not want it to be dirty, there is no proper place near the door to leave your shoes so the area in front of the kitchen gets dirty very easy and from there the whole apartment. They did not clean the place during our stay either. There is no privacy in this house and since I was traveling with a coworker I barely knew, it was unpleasant. From the photos online I thought that the bedroom is separate. You cannot even lock the bathroom room and everything is tiny. The beds are only 80 cm wide and approx 180 long. The kitchen is tiny. So there is really nothing luxurious about this place.

United KingdomThe hob was difficult to use and there was no oven. The angle of the Tv meant you couldn’t watch it from the bed. Tea bags in addition to the coffee provided would have been nice.
