Lovely hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Location couldn’t be better. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. Originally I had booked for two days but then wanted to add a day on at the beginning. Doing this online I was not able to get 3 consecutive days so had it booked for 2 different rooms. However when we checked in on Sept. 2, the woman at the desk did her magic and booked us into one room for the 3 days. Later during our stay I wanted to change the timing of our transportation back to the airport and the 3 people on the desk that night made multiple phone calls to the company which was not picking up before taking care of the issue for me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Cups, both at buffet and in rooms, were small. I like a nice big mug of tea. Irritating coffee maker.

Very central. Nice rooms although not very roomy. Pleasant staff. Happy hour in the bar. Very good breakfast buffet. Lovely atmosphere.

Our only negatives were that the room was uncomfortable warm with no way to adjust the temperature which made sleeping difficult. Our only remedy was to open the window which only opened a few centimetres so this didn't help...in fact, it made sleeping more difficult as this is a city-centre hotel and very noisy with the window open. We had to purchase earplugs after the first night to counter the noise.

Check-in, customer service, breakfast, location were all excellent. Room was adequate and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but shower and amenities were good. Overall, very good, especially the location and the friendliness of all of the staff we encountered.

The staff helped arrange tours even before we arrived. They also helped us cancel one - so helpful!!! The breakfast is a real bonus here! Great service in a boutique hotel setting.

My planned stay was too short :) I wished that we could have stayed longer as there was so much to do in the area. We will be back and will stay at this hotel.

This hotel was phenomenal! They provide baggage hold so if you arrive early or need a place to store luggage prior to departure. At Checkin we were exhausted but arrived hours early, the hotel got our room ready early so that we could get some much needed rest. The breakfast buffet was very good. Staff all very kind, knowledgable and willing to help.

The bath amenities like shower gel, shampoo and soap in the room were really perfumed in my taste-something more neutral scent at least in hand soap would be better.

The location is unbeatable if you want to walk everywhere. Location is also very quiet, so we have really good night sleep! The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy and the breakfast is tasty and good.

My only complaint would be the shower was very small and dark. It needs a light at least. My second complaint would be we went to the bar at happy hour, and I had 2 glasses of wine and my husband had 1 beer, I do not think we were charged correctly. I don't feel that we received happy hour pricing.

Check in went smoothly, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, anything you could want, and Breakfast service was great. We only stayed one-night, excellent location, we actually went to the museum next door.
