capsules turned out to be more comfortable than i expected, nice and clean bathrooms, big common space and terrace, well equipped kitchen

Clean and good accomodations outside of the pods

Pods are small of course, they get really warm, TV screen did not work. Cheap Asian product. Staff was really unfriendly. We lost an item and tried to get in touch, but you can only reach a helpdesk that is not in touch with local staff. They recommended trying an email address but that mail was never responded to.

The place is clean. We wash our dishes then we put in a dishwasher to disinfect them. There is a walk in refrigerator. No shoes inside the hostel so the floor is clean. Many washroom and showers and they are always clean. Staff very helpful and responsive.

Charging of phones inside the capsule was slow. I had to charge it in the kitchen. Not all the outlets there work. It wasn't until the last day that I found an outlet in the capsule area that works well.

It was right along the downtown street, which on the night we stayed had several celebrations going on. Very lively!

Toiletries and towels are extra and not provided with the rental fee.

Beds where to short, i sleept on the couch

It's futuristic, everything is clean and even though it's in downtown, it's quiet

Easy self check in system, plenty of bathrooms, kitchen and a terrace.

The capsules don’t insulate the noises at all and one can hear them opening and closing whenever anyone enters or leaves theirs

Very affordable,clean and great

The owners are so nice and welcoming. Very easy check-in and nice environment.

1. The check-in process was very easy. The owners sent out a very specific instruction the morning of, and I easily found my way to the hotel and retrieved the key card to our pod. 2. The pod is very spacious and easily fits your backpacks/tote bags, i.e., non-luggage items. The technology is also very cool, allowing you to control lights and locking mechanisms from inside the pod. The temperature felt just right, never too cool or too hot. 3. GUEST PARKING is the public parking lot on the street right next to the hotel. 1-2 minute walk. Free overnight. Very convenient. 4. The kitchen is large, clean, and very organized. They have a large walk-in fridge, and everyone who wants to put food in the fridge gets their own individually labeled basket. 5. Nice recreational spaces and ample room to put your carry-ons and checked bags.

The bathrooms (9 in total) were all weirdly taken at 7:30 am-8:00 am in the morning. I looked, and not all rooms had lights on through the under-door crack. That led me to think that some rooms were purposely kept locked and unused? I had to wait 15 minutes to use the restroom in the morning, and it was not very busy at all. So, if this is the case, that would be very inefficient.

Private being in the cubicle type bed space, clean hostel and good facilities

I really liked how private the rooms were and how there was enough space to put your luggage around the room.

I didn’t like the staff and the way they communicated while I was staying there. I tried to do the laundry the last day and since it was at 7 am in the morning, there was no staff available at that time to pay. Around an hour later, the staff said that I wasn’t supposed to do the laundry and taken my clothes out without my permission. I thought they were being nickel and dimey and demanding money.

The location was superb. The facilities themselves are quite snazzy and have a modern feel. I was genuinely looking forward to the 'pod' experience.

The one gripe I have is that the pods are not soundproof; really important detail that I thought they would cut out extraneous noise. They don't. Privacy is fine and the general facilities are great - Really good.

The property in in the center. It’s clean and the capsule beds are such an experience ! The common area is spacious and the kitchen well furnished and modern. The bathrooms are nice and clean and there are plenty so one don’t have to wait long to shower. The cleaning service man so as the owner are lovely and very helpful
