View from the accomodation was great! Nice location too.

Rooms were not very soundproof - we could hear a child crying at night. Shower pressure was also a little wonky.

The accommodation is by no means worth the price paid. Everything is old and run down. The last renovation was a few years ago. There was almost no water from the shower in the shared bathroom. Relaxation on vacation looks different.

The guest house was clean and comfortable, everything was just right. We were out and about most of the time. The dog who lived there was a darling thing :)

The outside dog that roams around this hotel is very friendly. The were attentive when we lost something. The room was also comfy. The lights looks stunning.

Although the room decor looked great and it was comfy for the price this wasn't that good. The shower was small and weak and the water could have been hotter. There is no complimentary breakfest

The lady at the reception was not friendly, at the least . There is a dining room, but it is only for paid breakfast. We were asked to eat inside our room as we were lot allowed to eat in the living room either.

The rooms are old and outdated.

The location was amazing and the room cozy and comfy.

The water pressure wasn’t great at times but it didn’t detract from the stay.

Really lovely place with super kind lady at the reception and nice views! The rooms were comfy and very clean; the guesthouse is in a nice and quiet location just 20 minutes from Vík. For sure worth recommending!

The room was tiny and really smelly. Both suitcases opened on the floor, and you had barely space left to walk. There were stickers on the walls as a decoration, but they were mostly loose, and someones hair was hanging there. Every time we opened the door of our room, it closed with a slam. This way, you knew about the presence of all other guests too. The shower/WC was shared with many people, and after someone showered, it was flooded because it was built so that the water couldn't flow away. From the evening till late morning there was no toilet paper in the toilets. The price was way too expensive. Breakfast was not included but could be added for about 55€ for 2 persons. There was a microwave and a little fridge at the end of a corridor and no area to prepare your own food. It's definitely the worst stay we had on our round-trip. Would recommend driving a bit further. Sellfoss has great places to stay. If you still want to visit, bring your own toilet paper.

    Location and friendly staff

Small room, no screen window to allow us open the window without letting in mosquitoes, clean but smelly bathrooms.

3 beds was good. Private bath was good.

Staff was rude. We arrived late because of car trouble out of our control. We called to let them know and the person who answered was upset we woke her up. The next day she was very rude to use although we apologized again. Also, a second issue that travelers should be aware- food is not allowed in common areas which is frustrating that we wanted to have our food but we could not

Water pressure was poor and never got hot. Rooms had a musty odor. Don't plan to eat at their "restaurant" it isn't really an option.

    Beautiful surroundings, spacious room

Heater in bathroom didn't work, one in the room was also faulty at times. Linens didn't appear thoroughly cleaned - there were a few stains here and there.
