Quiet, clean and convenient place. Enjoyed staying there for two days. Easy to access main roads and tourist areas

3 bathrooms and 2 shower. There’s dryer and washer. Each room has 2 twin beds. Big kitchen area and big dining area

There’s enough bathroom one on the level one and two on the main floor. There’s an area with 4 dining tables and a kitchen. We cooked simple dinner there. Each room has its own sink. There’s washer and dryer as well which is nice.

Well-appointed shared kitchen/dining area. Our rooms looked recently renovated. Scenic (if remote) location, with a river flowing just behind the house, and actual trees. Good WiFi. The room had a desk and chair. The three-bed bedroom was spacious.

One half of the double-width toaster didn't work; one of the bathroom fans produced an atrocious death rattle; the guest house is so far out that going grocery shopping is a 1+ hour round trip. The double room was on the small side, but still large enough. Water can take a minute or two to get warm. The property was listed as providing breakfast, but it doesn't -- allegedly this was an error on Booking.com's side. The price is certainly in the no-breakfast ballpark, so I didn't feel cheated.

There was a large kitchen on the ground floor.

Breakfast was to be included in our reservation but it was NOT. The room was very small and not pleasant. The rooms share one bathroom but we were the only ones staying on this evening so we had the single bathroom to ourselves. No one met us on our arrival or departure.

There is no breakfast. Booking.com somehow labeled it as breakfast included. During summer time the upper floor bedroom could be really hot.

Washing machine was appreciated. Kitchen was clean and had good supply of plates etc

Bathroom was cold

Very lovely landlady. Loved the kitchen and option to wash the clothes (also a dryer). You can see sheep and horses all aroud the house. Quite close to Husavik which was a nice bonus.

Quite noisy by the other guest so keep that in mind. Walls are quite thin.

Good kitchen facilities and room are spacious.

- the river next to the house - the shared kitchen was okay, we only have to clean the crockery and cutlery before usage. - the mattress were ok, had a comfortable sleep

We liked our stay here very much. It is a little less than 20 minutes outside of Husavik. It was quiet and the view of the lake was beautiful. Rooms were very cozy. Only thing was that the laundry washer was not available for use at the time of our stay which was one of the reasons we chose this location. Otherwise, great!

Water had a sulfuric smell.

Place was great! Very clean and cozy! Had a nice large kitchen to use as well! The place was great to spend the night - farm like setting and very quiet! We highly recommend staying here!
