I loved that there were snacks in the lobby for sale and the shuttle was very convenient. Location was so close to the airport.

Our room was clean, comfortable and massive. The hotel was a 10 min drive to the airport with a big car park for those who drive

We missed a connecting flight and had to find something close to the airport on short notice. This fit the bill as far as being close to the airport, though it was certainly isolated from everything else. The food was very good in the restaurant and the one little store nearby had shockingly good food as well. The room was small but clean. I liked having books in the lobby to help pass the time.

We were there less than 24 hours and did not have any issues.

Location and facilities. Rooms are a large size

Rooms are a bit too dark the lighting in the hotel needs improving. Showers flooded the bathroom as drains were probably not working that well or not installed right

For an airport hotel, this hotel isn't that accessible to the airport or car rentals, and shuttles are few and far between. The building was under construction, the in room coffee didn't work, and although the water pressure was fabulous, the drain couldn't keep up. And it cost a fortune at almost $600/night.

INternet and all travel sites say they have a airport shuttle. When you get there they say they dont and taxi is $ 100 each way and its a 6 minute ride

We picked it with it being close to the airport as was only staying one night and needed to be at the airport early next morning. Staff were friendly, restaurant good. Was able to check into our room early with a charge but that suited us, as had just flown over night from Vancouver. Rooms were clean and shower was good. Free airport shuttle for early flights.

Wasn't really anything to do outside of the hotel. Area was an old military airbase. Room was expensive considering the location.

Lovely room, perfect for airport. Modern clean and appealing.

Restaurant service was slow and menu limited.

Easy check in and out. Reservation of transfer to the airport and an excellent breakfast so early in the morning (4am)

Clean and roomy

It is only 6+km from KEF but there is no way to walk there, there is no shuttle from the airport and the taxi ride cost $50!! There was a bit of traffic but consider this extra cost when thinking you are getting a room close by. Also all the doors slammed closed, so there was a lot of that all night.

Staff pleasant and helpful. We only stayed one night, before returning home. Did not use the restaurant or other facilities.

They only offer a shuttle to the airport but not from the airport. I suspect this is because most people stay prior to leaving Iceland.

Large room with good size bathroom. Very quiet. Shuttle to airport

The room lighting is poor, especially in the bathroom. The makeup light broke when touched; there was no light above the mirror. Wish I had known to book my shuttle time in advance.

The breakfast was decent. Nothing discuss. Not the best food we’ve had and not the worst. Location was convenient for getting to the airport in the morning. The free shuttle was great.

The room was kind of dark, it didn’t have adequate lighting, nor did the bathroom. The bathroom also had a mildew scent and the front of the building was undergoing construction.

The room is spacious and the shuttle TO the airport is great, starting very early in the morning.

It was very dark in bedroom and bathroom. Walls were flimsy (no sound insulation). Heard neighbors snoring. Room and hotel entry unfinished/Final construction details were not completed. No fridge or locker and twin beds were very narrow.

Large room with comfortable bed. Sufficient electric outlets. Good sized ensuite, shower. Had lighted magnifying mirror. Good towels. Friendly staff. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was good variety of foods. Airport shuttle was efficient. Quiet.

Limited lighting. No facial tissue.

Clean and comfortable. Loved having coffee and tea in room. Dining food was ok but expensive for what it was.

Don’t plan on checking in early. Even though rooms were available, it will cost you $40 to check in one hour earlier.
