When other guests were walking in their rooms and opening or closing their doors, the shelves in our kitchen would vibrate and the glasses and cups would make noise, which woke us up. We had to separate the glasses so they don't touch each other, and that resolved the issue, but our sleep was already disturbed.

Location was in a residential neighbourhood, about 10 minutes walk from the shopping street, with a great view of the ocean and mountains on the way. Convenient parking at the back of the building, we never struggled to find space. Room was warm, with enough equipment for a comfortable stay. There's also basic cooking equipment provided, enough to make some simple meals. Easy check-in and check-out process. Good value (for Iceland). It was cheaper but not worse than other places we stayed on our trip.

Lot of noise if you have the room at the floor

Parking and self check-in were very useful. The apartment is close to the city centre, in 20 minutes you can arrive at Harpa, Laugavegur, Hallgrímskirkja by walk. The rooms was very clean.

The washing machine is on the basement floor and it's for use from 8am to 9pm only.

Short walk to attractions. Many good restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

Small studio apartment was functional and economical. The front desk attendant was very attentive and particularly helpful helping us figure out the payment system for the laundry. Convenient location for walking around town.

Be aware, if you wanna cook. It is possible and they provide equipment. But its only possible to use 1 cooking plate at the time. If you use both, the power is cut in half anf then the cooking needs longer.

The sink is small so not easy to wash the pan but not a big issue.

The room has everything we need. It's clean and cozy. Location is nice, near the coast and have some grocery stores with the walking distance. A good experience in general.

I wish the bathroom had more sound insulation - you could hear when someone was in the one in your room as well as the pipes when someone used another one nearby.

Room could not be ventilated, some food smell remains. We did not see any staff during our 2-day stay. No breakfast.

We loved the location being close to downtown and our excursion pick ups. The staff was friendly and super helpful. All of our needs were met. You can even do laundry if needed.

Nice apartments within walking distance of the city centre. The area was quiet, and there was plenty of parking available. Check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. A convenient and comfortable base for exploring Reykjavik.

Dirty and stained sheets!!! Very unappealing and made us question whether the linen had been washed or not. Wasn't a good feeling at all.

Pretty central location, very walkable to the city centre. Available and dedicated parking. Kitchenette was practical and functional. Room was a decent size, very dormitory like, has the basics that one needs to be relatively comfortable.

There was no one at reception on arrival to provide information about parking (whether I needed to provide details of my car) as the signage out the front did indicate cars could be removed if they were not hotel residents and I wanted to make sure there were no hassles.

Room was too hot and couldn’t open any windows for fresh air. Arrival instructions were not as communicated. Three couples stranded at reception with no key in our separate lock boxes. No one at reception but a helpful guy was able to be contacted and checked us in. A bit stressful as we had an activity booked and weren’t sure if we could make it in time. No parking space when we returned later that night.

Appreciated kitchen facilities. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The room was on the ground floor and the window was by the sidewalk whereby we could hear quite clearly when people are talking outside the room windows while walking past. Woke up a few time due to that. Also would have preferred the facilities being air conditioned, my fault for not noticing in the descriptions.
