It was a bit of a hike from the symphony hall with our luggage, but we are old and disabled. If you are young and strong, it would be no problem.

It was cozy and clean. It was just what we needed for a 1 day layover. Gael, the front desk person, really helped us to figure out a close, simple dinner. It was a perfect recommendation that took into account our complicated needs. Breakfast had many options so it was easy to accommodate our food restrictions. Everything was delicious. We would totally stay again.

I had a single room that was very small, but clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was joining a cruise ship and the hotel is well-situated for this.

All staff members were very pleasant and accommodating. The included breakfast offered a wide selection and the quality was excellent. Booking a taxi to the cruise port was easy from the hotel front desk.

The gym is only a bike and a set of weights so I was a bit disappointed with that but overall the vibe and service outweigh the inclusion u get for your money

The staff were great. I liked the small feel of the hotel and for Reykjavik the price and inclusions and how comfortable I felt was great! Very central can walk to the main areas in about 10-15 mins and is close to the harbour. The bus stop 4 is closest and a short walk.

Great location. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and we had a couch. They provided coffee and tea. Although we did not have a drink or food the main area was always busy and looked great atmosphere. They provided a small fridge which was great to keep our milk and yoghurt cold.

We chose a compact room - this was entirely our decision. However, for those considering this, you should be aware that it is exceptionally small - there was no space on either side of the bed, and so we were unable to get in without crawling up from the foot of the bed. There was not really enough room in the shower/bathroom for a larger person.

It was a very small room suitable for a one or two night stay. The wash basin was in the main room as shower room/toilet room was small. There was only a small rail for hanging clothes
