As we had been on the road, at this stay would have loved to chill in front of TV. Sadly, none of the streaming services worked as WiFi was weak. Not a big deal though!

There is nothing not to like at this place.

It's one of the best places we've ever stayed at. On the outside you don't really expect quite what you get once you enter. The place is very new and modern, perfectly clean and tidy. And the views, those views of the nearby lake and the mountains in the distance are just out of this world. There are two big windows in the living room from where, sitting on the sofa, one could relax and breathe in the beauty of the nature. The place has everything one might need, plus even more. Aside from the full stack kitchen, the very comfortable bed, the nice bathroom and the good size living room, power sockets everywhere you need one, the owners have also provided a hair dryer, several board games, some additional hygienic products and a very easy to understand sorting of the waste with separate buckets, something that tourists need guidance as every country has their own rules. Of course, free parking is available in front. The villa is just 6 minutes away by car from this beautiful town at the sea, with its famous lighthouse at the top of a hill. Highly recommended and thank you for the warm welcome.

Not about the property but our stay was only one night, we would have put the kitchenette to use.

The location was perfect, 10 minutes from our morning ferry ride. The view was exceptional. We enjoyed a quiet hike up the Holy Mountain and did not look back. The beds were comfortable.

Splendid isolation away from everywhere with beautiful views. So nice to be in nature with lots of bird life around. Cabin was so nicely furnished and equipped. Extremely comfortable and homely. Loved our 2 nights here. Close enough to facilities eg shops etc, great base to do tour of Snæfellsbær area as well.

Amazing location and views from the window! Everything was new and spotless clean. Design is stylish, simple and well thought through. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped, including coffee machine, toaster, sandwich-maker. Nice touch by hosts of adding hot chocolate and noodles on top of coffee/tea and spices. Smart TV and board games was a bonus. We had everything we needed. Private parking near cabin equipped with EV charging station. Absolutely recommend this cabin!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this cabin. What made it truly exceptional was the breathtaking view — every window opens out to stunning natural scenery, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout the entire space. The apartment is beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, always helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question.

The price as usual. It is not because it is used to be expensive in Iceland that it must become a standard. This price level (260€) must be aligned with other standards.

We loved this place : it was our best cabine in Iceland. Fully equiped, comfortable bed, very well arranged and decorated. Very clean and quiet. Great view and terrace. Good wifi signal. Easy check in/check out. Location was perfect for us (and we were aware there was nothing around)
