We couldn't work the induction cooktop. After googling instructions, we were still unsuccessful. We messaged and emailed the staff to no reply. We couldn't ring as we only had data overseas, not calling capabilities. We messaged the first night, stayed 3 nights. No one got back to us. Instructions at the unit would have been helpful.

Location was excellent. The cleanlinesswas great. It was bright and airy and a modern decor.

Missing a few basic cooking supplies for cooking. Everything else is as described.

Location was very good. A few minutes’ walk from Rainbow street and Hallgrimskirkja church. Very convenient. On street parking was easy. Access to the apartment was easy and straight forward. Good size apartment for a family of 6 (king size bed, living room pullout couch, 2 bunk beds) although the bunk beds are mostly for kids. The kitchen is nice and somewhat well equipped with dishes and utensils, but nothing more (no sugar, salt and pepper, basic spices, oil). We ended not cooking. Good communication.

-we could not get the stove to work (so could not cook our pasta dinner) -no response from staff when I messaged for assistance with the stove or when I left feedback at check-out (from the point we checked in onwards communication with staff was non-existant) - for this reason I will select "no" as to whether the property met my expectations

No parking possibility. You have to pay the usual parking fee. One of the rooms is very small. There is only place for the bed and no place for the luggage.

All good in the apartment which was very conveniently located near to the city centre. If you like aviation than the view of approaching aircraft to the airport was spectacular. On street parking was at times difficult but having a disabled blue badge this at least meant I could park in some of the very limited spaces set aside for this. It would have been helpful to have a dishwasher that worked properly but this wasn’t a deal breaker. Local supermarkets are close as to are several good restaurants.

Great location!! Quiet street but close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff was hospitable and accommodating.

The beds are the firmer type of foam mattress. The bathroom lacks towel racks or hooks which becomes a surprising challenge after morning showers. There are minor signs of aging such as in this unit, the door paneling over the dishwasher was pulling away from the dishwasher, and the deck door latches were difficult to use. None of which were a deal breaker and we happily recommend staying here.

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area in a charming neighborhood that felt safe. The apartment is located right on the edge of the paid parking area and free parking spaces were a short walk away. We lucked out and could see the northern lights from the balcony (although they are not colorful in the city lights) The apartment is spacious enough that our group of five adults did not feel crowded. The decor is modern European. The unit was clean and there were ample linens. The bathroom had plenty of room for everyone's toiletries.

The property is getting a little worn down at the edges. Such as the door to the balcony could not be latched securely, bedroom door had the same problem, aging apparent on the dining chair edges. None interfered with our overall pleasure

The living area felt spacious enough for our family of five adults. The location was in pleasant walking distance to downtown. The furnishings were simple modern design.

We found the heating system a little confusing, it was very warm but cooled down eventually. Not a massive issue at all.

Apartment was spotless, lovely and cosy, very spacious for us, just what we needed, perfect base in between activities. Great shower and perfect location for short walk into town

The 2nd bedroom is similar to a walk in robe with a double bunk. With entry inside the main room. It worked well for a night but could prove difficult if staying for a long time.

Location was brilliant and it was very clean with spacious living areas.

The location is not far from the bus terminal, but it’s inside a residential area so buses do not go there. It could like 5-10min walk to/from the nearest bus stop. Could be challenging if you are dragging your luggage under extreme weather conditions in Iceland.

The room facilities are clean and good, it has two bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room. Also has a kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer and a stove if you want to some light cooking. It also has a balcony if you like some chilled air in the early morning to refresh your mind.
