Location not easy

Great spot for our first night in Iceland after a long flight and arriving late. Very close and convenient to the airport and car rental facilities.

I rated staff badly only because we didn't see anyone until morning. Had received instructions on how to get into the room and it went well. Would have liked to have gotten another pillow... not a big deal, I know, but we did pay $220 for about 13 hours. Our room was great.. we spent extra for a bathroom and it was great. Facility was a 10 minute ride to the airport. Overall it was great!!

Room was noisy. Walls thin. Lots of traffic coming and going from the bldg, so hard sleeping at night, as no cooling, so left window open and then noise all night. TV had no channels or use, so why in room? Add a smart TV for your customers.

Free parking. Close to the airport which is important for our early flight. Room has a microwave, plates, cups and cutlery. Bathroom is in good size. Bed and pillows are comfortable and in standard queen size not tiny like other places we stayed in Iceland.

Breakfast was canceled right before the trip though advertised during the booking that there was breakfast included.

The room had a strong sewage odor.

The facility was excellent and the connection with the drive to/from the airport went quickly and efficiently for booking. The folks were helpful with providing info on the local buses to get to Reykjavik. I'd stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well in the comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night as we laid over from our flight to New York.

Wish they still served the breakfast, but we appreciated the access to the shared kitchen.

Away from town centre. Breakfast is not included any longer.

I like the airport shuttle (drop off) in the morning. Wishing they can also pick-up from the airport as well. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel just cancelled their breakfast completely. Since they promised the breakfast, they should keep what they had promised. If I had known this, I probably would choose another hotel.

The best place for a short stay before the flight. Located 5 min drive from the airport and hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. Spacious, comfortable, clean room with kitchenette, plus the breakfast area. Clear entering instructions. Prompt communication with office. Highly recommend the place.

All was perfect.

Not comfortable, extremely hot, no tv, linens had holes in them, no elevator so we had to lug heavy luggage up to the second floor

We booked a studio room that comes with twin bunk bed, a twin bed and double bed which is good for 5 people. Bathroom and room is clean and neat. It is spacious. The shared kitchen has anything, the kids especially like the complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice machine which available 24/7.
