Location, hygiëne, comfort of the room and bed. Very good rooms.

Upon arrival the code for the room was wrong. Took some time to sort that out but the servicedesk was very friendly and helpful. Be mindful of that possibility if arriving late. Just call the servicedesk.

Location, stairs and elevator access, clear instructions, delicious and generous breakfast

Poorly ventilated room. No a/c and only one small window for fresh air. Quite hot and stuffy at night. No fan in bathroom which added to heat in room after showering.

It’s located in a good spot, within walking distance to a food hall.

There was an irregular clicking sound coming from a wall near the window. Sometimes louder, sometimes quieter. The TV is tiny. The breakfast downstairs was probably the worst one I’ve come across any hotel in any country. Day old bread, completely overboiled eggs, flavourless ham and cheese (just one type each).

The hotel is pretty much basic, nothing exceptional to point out. It is not dirty which is a plus!

Check-in is scheduled quite late in the afternoon, so be sure to factor that into your travel plans. We reached out about an early check-in but never received a response. We had chosen the breakfast option, but the selection was very limited, and the staff did not accommodate any alternatives beyond what was provided. Additionally, although breakfast is advertised as being available from 8 to 10am, guests are required to commit to a specific time in advance, with no flexibility. After our first morning, we decided not to return for breakfast during the rest of our stay. Overall, the cost feels quite high for the level of service and amenities offered.

Spacious and modern apartment! Clean and with easy parking.

Easy to park and check in. Place was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and linens. Had the breakfast and was excellent. Would recommend.

Bella Apartments is easy to reach and in a nice quiet area of the city but close to the center and the restaurants. The rooms were big, and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very rich, with fresh daily bread, fruits, eggs, vegetables, jams, nuts, yogurt, juice. Owners very friendly. I highly recommend

Breakfast was not great, better not to buy breakfast from their vendor restaurant coupon, rather go somewhere in your choice.

The room was very hot and there was just one small window which didn't give much fresh air. The room headed towards the street which had a lot of trafic.

Property was nice and clean.

Struggled with water pressure with only trickling water from shower head the last day of our stay. Door handle came off bathroom door with no effort.
