Room was quiet, yet I woke up with the noise by other guests leaving around 3:00 am. We like the 1st floor but might be better if you are not leaving super early.

Close to the airport, thus very convenient as our last night in Iceland. Less than 30 min drive to Blue Lagoon. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The coffee machine and small kitchenette were nice.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. The beds were good, and the blackout curtains did a great job blocking out the light during the polar day—helpful since it stayed bright all night. Everything was clean, including the shared bathrooms. The free coffee and small kitchenette were nice to have. The keyboxes made check-in easy, so we didn’t have to wait for anyone. Also, the location near the airport was ideal after a late flight.

I accidentally left a sum of money (350 Euro)in my room after checking out. As a responsible guest, I immediately emailed the hotel to inform them and request their help in locating it. To their credit, they replied saying they had found the money. I was relieved and thanked them, assuming they would arrange to return it. However, once I asked for it to be sent back, the communication abruptly stopped. I followed up multiple times over 6 weeks but was completely ignored. This is not just poor service but it’s unethical. A guest taking the initiative to report lost money should not be met with silence and evasion, especially after the hotel acknowledged having it. This behavior reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability.

Perfect location, good value, awesome and clean common areas. Perfect for what we needed, a good night sleep before heading to the airport. (Couldn’t really rate staff as there were none. ) Daughter loved the floors!

We visited in summer, and like pretty much all accommodations, the rooms run hot. With people coming an going due to late and early flights, sound travels (especially with the doors that automatically close).

Conveniently located near the airport, with very clear instructions for entering. Facilities were very clean. There were enough bathrooms and showers, that we never had to wait. If you're visiting in summer, pack an eye mask, as light still bleeds through the curtains.

Completely overprized with more than 300 Euros for a 17 sqm room with shared facilities, but there were no better options around.

Family trip with 3 kids, uncomplicated and clear arrangement of the arrival. Very clean overall. New and very clean facilities, restrooms and showers. Had a 17 sqm room for 5 people since the area was more or less fully booked.
