The kitchen is not actually a kitchen. Only sink, microwave and air fryer. No stove or oven and that was rather inconvenient to cook dinner

For me, I could have used an extra pillow or a thicker pillow. They were quite flat and makes it difficult for me to get comfy. My husband didn't have a problem though.

The Guesthouse was clean, quiet, and in a nice location. The self check-in/checkout made the process simple and flexible. The breakfast was also very nice.

Great guesthouse especially traveling with a group. The breakfast was great and the shared areas are super cozy. I love that they ask you to keep your shoes off as it keeps the place super clean. The crepe stand in the parking lot was VERY good, too

I would have preferred for the check-in information to have been sent 24hrs prior, instead of the morning of. I didn't know that it was all self-check-in; we ended up cutting out last sightseeing stop of the day a little short because we were trying to be on time for check-in and didn't want to keep anyone waiting. But check-in consisted of just looking at a sheet on the wall and finding my name, and the key was in the door. The email with this information was sent around 7am the morning of check-in, but as we were travelling all day we did not receive this. Additionally, I didn't love that the front door is left open at all times, especially overnight. I would prefer to have locks on the front door, too, instead of just on the rooms.

The location of this guesthouse is very good for getting to the main sights in Vik. The room itself was very basic, two twin beds and that's about it, but that's all we needed. We were happy with the breakfast!

Comfortable stay for one night in Vík. Feels like you are visiting an aunt or gandparents for the night. The room was clean and cosy with beautiful views of the town and the mountains. The shared bathroom was spotless and in the end only us ended up using it. Breakfast is great with a nice variety including cereals, fruit, bread and eggs.

A lift to go up to the second level of the house

The location was good. We enjoyed the wide spread of breakfast items. The room on the second floor was spacious.

The shoe rack at the entrance with the complimentary slippers box wasn't very clear, so we ended up having our own shoes taken by another client. We got them back in the end, but I would advise putting some indications or keeping your shoes with you.

Sound isolation could be better in the rooms, we could hear the muffled voices of our neighbours. But this definitely shouldn’t deter you from booking, we liked our stay.

Spacious bathroom which felt homely even though we were sharing it. Same goes for the breakfast area which is a converted living room/lounge so it was a relaxing space. Great hygiene, you take your shoes off at the door and can borrow slippers. Our room was very clean too. There was a lot of parking space. The location was easy to find and close to all of the amenities of Vik.

Anthoni, who works at the accommodation, is a really great person! He is always willing to help everyone! Knowing that he is a photography enthusiast, he offers a lot of advice on shooting! He is also in charge of the breakfast at the accommodation, which is absolutely fantastic!
