“The counter staff was very friendly. She gave a detailed briefing about the surrounding area. She did not hesitate to let us use the water kettle and borrowed the universal adapter upon our requested. Another lady at the counter also permitted us to borrow it for the whole trip when we return them on the 09 Aug 25. The mutual trust was magnificent. Thank you very much.”

“Location is ideal. 5 minute walk to terminal. Generally clean. Check in and check out were very efficient. Helpful staff, including providing me with an extra electrical adapter as I had misplaced one during travel.”
