Lots of Potential to improve. The hotel needs refurbishment and maintenance. It can be better than other hotel chains if the decorations and furnitures of the rooms changed to new one. Rooms furniture and carpet quite old with lots of scratches on the doors , wall papers old and some came off. Fridge small and doesn’t cool enough and you can see rotten stuff inside. Windows of the whole hotel need cleaning as dust cover all of them. AC is quite load and cannot adjust. Water tap split and spill on your clothes. Toilet flush system is poor quality and takes efforts to flush. I hope the management take above in consideration to improve this nice hotel.

Very friendly staff especially the receptionists , good breakfast , hotel near many amenities , rooms spacious. Good hotel but needs lots of improvement and maintenance ( see below ) Airport near by, 15 minutes drive. Qalaa, Erbil castle , 10 minutes drive. Nearest beautiful resorts 1 hour drive.

There are a couple or more things that lacks this hotel, like the TV is old and didn't have a smart operating system. The fridge is old and needs to be replaced. Shower water was a 7/10 hotness. It doesn't have a clothes iron machine.

The quality of the breakfast at this hotel has been consistently declining. It's disappointing to see such a noticeable drop in the variety and freshness of the offerings, which used to be one of the highlights of the stay.

The breakfast items were poor compared to the high cost of the night, which I don't think was worth it. I also didn't like the room service staff because I asked for water when I arrived at the hotel, but they never brought it. The bathroom was awful, and the water didn't drain easily.

I liked the location of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. The room space is more than good; the furniture is quite good and modern.

While my overall experience at the hotel was amazing, there were a few areas for improvement: Door lock issue: I encountered a problem with the door lock in my room, which required assistance from the staff. Elevator maintenance: The elevator seemed to be in need of serious maintenance, resulting in delays and longer wait times. Breakfast quality: The breakfast didn't meet the same level of excellence as the other aspects of my stay, and could be improved in terms of variety and quality. Despite these minor issues, the exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities outweighed these concerns. I still highly recommend this hotel, and with these improvements, it has the potential to provide an even more exceptional experience for future guests.

Visitors and residents are smoking in the lobby and the dining hall, I believe the hotel administration can coming out with some kind of ideas to deal with this issue.

The hotel is comfy and clean, the staff were welcoming, friendly and corporative, especially the receptionistes. They were always checking if there is anything they can do to make your staying more comfortable.

Toilets and sinks were dirty. Bedsheets had spots on. The rug was all dusty. The staff were too slow to get anything done. Breakfast was not fresh and the food was all smelly. Really one of the worst experiences I have had.

Honestly just the valet service, nothing more I can think of that was good or even fair.

the lift sensor wasn't working properly the room telephone wasn't working. there was a bad smell at the bathroom. the room key was going out of charge and need to charge it
