Road to the location should have improved.. also parking should have been better than this.. some games variety should have increased. Also its have so many great views locations but its was unnoticed, they can improve those.

This zostel is meant for big groups, and not solo travellers. The vibe of the place was more of a hotel, rather than a hostel

ONLY ONE THING WAS VERY MUCH BOTHERING , WHENEVER YOU ORDER THE FOOD , THEY WANT IMMEDIATE PAYMENT , WE ORDERED LUNCH IN ROOM , PAYMENT WAS DONE THROUGH GPAY , EVEN THOUGH AFTER THESE THE CAFE PERSON CALLED ON LANDLINE AT 12 PM IN THE NIGHT , AS THEY WANTED PIC OF THE GPAY TO MAKE SURE PAYMENT WAS DONE , I MEAN THESE COULD HAVE BEEN CLEARED OUT IN THE MORNING , WHAT IS THE NNED TO CALL AT 12 IN THE NIGHT FOR THESE . THESE WAS VERY DIS APPOINTING .

FOOD IS A BIT EXPENSIVE , BUT QUALITY AND TASTE OF FOOD IS GREAT . LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING , PROPERTY IS ALSO VERY WELL MAINTAINED .

Check in at any time disturbs people staying already in dorm rooms. Group of 4-5 people should not be allowed to stay in dorms, that dissolves the whole purpose of a dorm. We stayed for 3 nights and each time three different groups came in and disturbed our sleep. One girl even asked if my friend can sleep on the upper bed and she can sleep on her lower bed, while she was already asleep. People in groups make a lot of noise and disturb other people in dorms. Mixed dorms should have curtains for more privacy. People using washrooms should keep them clean. That's the basic decency. Food and alcohol is expensive in their in house restaurant considering there is no other option closeby, the prices should be budget friendly. Overall an average experience.

The location is definitely good, it's right beside Pawna lake. The property has everything inside - games zone, restaurant, swimming pool so no need to get out. It's more like a resort than a hostel. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Food is expensive. Outside dormitory they should provide chairs. Wifi connection is poor. From main Gate to Zostel reception road is very poor it should improve, if someone going to take car with very low ground clearance plz don't.

Location is good but approach road condition is very poor and difficult to get there without private vehicle. Personal room facility was good but the dorm facility was not satisfactory. towel not provided, no place to keep luggage, cloths.

Paid 12k and couldn't even try out Jacuzzi. And the roads can improve as well the most of the games were in a bad condition.

Approach Road

The location is spectacular. The serene lake view is peaceful and brings happiness (i.e, if you travel avoiding the weekends, since they are little noisy as this place is meant for young crowd more). I went there with my 75 yrs old father and we picked weekdays, so it was just what we needed. No noise, no parties, just meditate, read books and enjoy the quiet and beauty of the nature. Food is fantastic (Poha, Pasta, Palak Daal are few we loved the most). The staff is polite and great at listening your needs. Even the desserts (Gulab jamun and Rabdi, shahi tukda) were to die for. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and great wifi connectivity. Just the approach road is pretty bad, hopefully it gets fixed in due course of time.

Only thing uncomfortable for me was sleeping but it was only me, due to the mould on pillows, bed and ventilation could have helped but the windows had to be closed to avoid mosquitoes and air conditioning. This was only me though, as other dorm mates didn’t have any issues with that.

Wow is the word for this place! Everything was great beyond expectations, the view, vibe, music, activities, staff, food all were amazing. They served great food and drinks. Pool was also nice. And kayaking and the trek, were the best activities I did, that were organised by them.

Massive inconvenience in reaching the property, thanks to terrible roads after Lonavala. Small power cuts but backup was good. Kayaking was overpriced and game room needs signifant maintenance & upgrades.

Property location is great, with excellent views and well spaced out rooms. Amenities & services are great but the food absolutely stole the show. Excellent preparation, good taste and quick service, even when ordering to the room.

That no food is included in the cost, its too expensive for one day stay. Cleanliness is not soo good , got dirty tea cups and dishes while they provided during serving food. As they charge like 5 star they should give servisea like that. Also the food price is tooo expensive

The cleanliness was a major setback. We lived in dorms which were quite smelly. Also sheets and blanket were not clean and the floor was wet when we were given the occupancy. They should have kept 2-3 mats in the dorms during monsoons.

The property was located at a beautiful location. A person can just spend a day by cherishing the surroundings at property. They also organised fun events in evening to entertain guests.

The sole road leading up to the property is undergoing some work and hence we had to simply wait in the middle of the ghaat for almost an hour. The staff already knew of the on-going work and a heads up would have been nice, especially since they had called us a day prior for a web check-in.

The location of the place is excellent. It has a very beautiful view of the Pawna lake and lake can be privately accessed through the property as well. Their cafe, swings, hammocks etc. are all placed in a way that they give a great view of the lake. The entire property is maintained very well and the staff is polite and co-operative. The food served at the cafe is tasty, reasonably priced and has good portion size. Over all its a really nice place for staycation, especially during the monsoon.

Wifi connection should be improved. As there is no proper network for mobile, the Wi-Fi dependency is a lot and should be worked upon.

The rooms were clean. The property is well maintained. Lots of indoor games as well. Excellent live music.
