Cook on the meat could have been a little more tender. Toothpick was not available which is necessary while eating meat. Toilet flush was broken and the seat had stains. Floor was a little sticky

Had a pleasant stay. Comfortable furniture and super warm water for bath. Good customer service at the reception and the attending staff. Seamless check-in and appreciate the calls to check status on arrival. Definitely value for money. Free parking space was an add-on

The staff could have appraised me about the various restaurant and facilities available for me to use in the hotel. They did not. The room must have been used by a smoker, so had a lingering smoke smell. The wi fi password was promised but not provided. I was supposed to get a room upgrade. Not sure whether they upgraded or not.

The hotel is at a road corner. Two sides facing the road. The rooms are well furnished and clean. All necessities were in place. A mini bar with some snacks is a good useful add on. They did not highly overprice it too.

I reached much early than my expected arrival. So couldn’t checkin to the room. The front desk didnt even bothered to offer a glass of water or tea in the Morning.

It was a very comfortable stay. As it was near the racecourse road .I didn’t missed the walk. Conveniently placed for my visit.

Restroom could have been better. It had smaller cubicles and less space to move around giving us a cheap feeling about the hotel. Vallet parking experience was bad and valet drivers need to be trained with automatic cars. Most of the time they park on road while you think they had parked safely in the basement parking.

For this location we can definitely choose this hotel for future stays as you can reach out to any part of the city from this place. Clean linens

I observed my room was probably not cleaned well before I checked in. The minibar was not refilled before check in. Since I experienced Zone by the Park before, I noticed these were not done to the expectation. Cleanliness was the major concern though, where bathroom was not cleaned for the new guest and there was a strange odour, room freshener could have been used, the used cups by previous guest was left as is, I could see some unclean spots on the table too.

As usual, Zone's ambience and comfort is what I loved. Location is good because it's close to bus stops to main points like Gandhipuram. The staff are very kind and helpful. Food is also really good. It was my dad's first experience and he loved the place especially the interiors for Zone

On the breakfast hours there was too much of chaotic situation as I think some group has booked only breakfast for their business meet which was very disturbing and noisy and too much of line for everything.

Good pleasant stay. Very peaceful and clean hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite. food is good and tasty, location is also decent.
