The property is beautiful and well maintained. Has all the facilities for families to stay. Atleast 3 families can stay at the same time. The owner and the contact person both are humble. Keep it up.

Spacious house. Flexibility in chk in and chk out. Dintt make it a big deal gave us a room to fresh up even before chk in time and after check out time. Clean and comfortable. Well maintained staffs and safe to stay

Amazing Stay – Just a Small Suggestion! One small suggestion for an even better experience would be to provide a few extra towels, especially for longer stays or for guests who prefer fresh towels more frequently. It’s a minor detail, but having that added convenience would make an already excellent stay truly perfect.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—close to some beautiful local spots to explore. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Very well maintained, and well furnished; tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Thekkady town, yet with in 15 minutes drive to all the major attractions. The hosts were excellent and friendly; always enquiring see that we were comfortable . Thank you Mr Manoj and his caring parents who were there to ensure that everything was in place.

We recently stayed at Woodland Vista in Thekkady with our big family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The 5 BHK home was spacious, super neat, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A big thank you to the owner, Manoj, who went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and memorable. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, places to visit, and even assisted with ticket bookings – truly a fantastic host. The complimentary homemade breakfast was another highlight – it was tasty, fresh, and added a lovely personal touch to our mornings. I would highly recommend Woodland Vista to anyone visiting Thekkady, especially families or large groups. It’s a peaceful and beautiful place with everything you need, and the host ensures a completely hassle-free experience.

It is 20 mins away from Kumali town. So PPL who want to stay very close to town ,this property is not advised.

The property was very clean. The host, Mr Manoj was very helpful to us. He guided us on what can be done in the timeline over there , when to arrive and where all to go.The jeep driver that he arranged was very helpful and friendly.We can park nearly 5 to 6 cars in the property safely.This property is suitable for people who are looking to travel with family at an affordable cost especially a group up to 5 families and stay together and explore Thekkady.

We were group of 6 with 2 kids as well. Everyone liked the stay The house was clean and beautiful and we felt like home. All small small things were arranged and in place. Parents of the host stay nearby and were there to arrange for cleaning and provide us breakfast etc. They were very helpful. The host Mr.Manoj also provided us with all To-Do things and activities in and around Thekkady, restaurant contacts for food delivery. Overall super experience as this was a combination of superb property and wonderful hosts - Highly recommended for all.

Went to thekkady for a 2 day trip. Stayed at Woodland vista and felt like home. Very neat and luxury feel. They provided complementary homely breakfast ( 1st day : Appam and stew, 2nd day idli with sambhar and chutney) . The food was tasty and felt like home. They povided towels, slippers in front of all bathrooms. Bathrooms had heaters. The kitchen had plates and basic utensils. The best part of the stay was the co-operation of Mr Manoj and his family. Guided us with all the necessary informations ( recommendations on places to visit, good hotels nearby, hotel menus, Good road routes Jeef safari contacts etc) without hestitation. We highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect.

Both the place and the owner should be given top points. The owner asked continously if everything was fine. He even provided us with free breakfast and suggested a very good place where to.order food. The place is decorated top standard and was clean.
