Breakfast was tasty with good choices. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious . The staff catered to our needs and very accommodative. They attended promptly to a clogged shower. Rooms were clean and neat . All staff were excellent .

It might be a challenge for smokers, as this stay has a no smoking in the room policy but otherwise everything else is just stunning.

Willow Hill Nature Resort was such a peaceful escape—we stayed at the Tea Tree room and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. Waking up to that kind of scenery was something else. The food was amazing, full of flavor and really comforting, and the service couldn’t have been better—everyone was so warm and welcoming. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing place to unwind and recharge, I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s perfect for some much-needed peace and quiet.

The location, staff and the stay was all very peaceful and beautiful. This is exactly the place one should come to if they're looking for a short getaway from the city noise. We were looking for a peaceful stay during this visit and found it in Willow Hill. Comfortable stay made so by the staff who are very courteous and friendly. Drop and pickup from the airport was made good. Shareen Mathew was our driver, guide and friend, philosopher and guide during our five days stay. He is a gentle soul and very helpful. He knows his around Ooty and various tourist interest places.

Though not a major concern, but we had issue with TV connectivity few times which was promptly addressed by the staffs on duty. It was slightly inconvenient for us as we were travelling with kids, and it is quite hard to manage them and get a break with no TV.

The location, room, staff, breakfast, everything was great! Honestly, I would rate this as my best stay out of all the hotels I stayed in India throughout the duration of my trip this time. The room, toilet and every other place in the hotel were very very very clean! All the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to our request considering we travelled with 2 kids. There is a small lawn just beside the hotel which is very relaxing to spend time in the morning/evening. The breakfast was exceptional as well and the food in their restaurant is good too. Location is near to the main town. Overall, we had very good time in Ooty staying at the hotel. Certainly, will stay here again and I wish there are more hotels providing service as good as them.

Wish the general setting of the breakfast menu could be upgraded

I was surprised to see this beautiful gem nestled at the top of the hill in Ooty… it has a garden and everyday I enjoyed watching the sunset from my room balcony … unknowingly I discovered a tea plantation just 300m from the stay which was simply breathtaking… I must thank the staffs who were overwhelmingly genuine courteous and humble and special thanks to the manager Mr Lakshmi Narayanan who went out of his way to show me my places of interest… I had a wonderful stay !

Our only negative is that restaurant staff require extra training in terms of service skills and English language skills. We had some misunderstandings. The front of desk staff were very competent and engaging.

Very comfortable and well maintained room with beautifull furnishings and superb view over Ooty and the Nilgiris Hills. Bathroom also excellent. The outdoor lawns and garden areas are immaculate.

Excellent all round service which includes staff behaviour, food quality, restaurant, etc. The location is near to the main area but far from the city hustle. The resort is very picturesque and the rooms are aesthetically designed. We had a wonderful time here and would love to visit again.
