IndiaEven though they claimed centrally heated it was not. At the time of booking they said pay at the property but later they sent a mail asking for 10% advance. Unfortunately I didn't see that message.when I arrived the property there was no booking in my name. After a confusion they arraged a room which was not up to my expectations. There was no heating kettle and coffe or tea bags. I had to ask them for that.

IndiaInspite of booking the room through booking.com and making a confirmation call from our end. Rooms were not made available and had to wait for more than an hour till they get the room arranged. Bathroom were clean but still it was smelly. They took an hour and had to make repeated calls for drinking water bottle and to send some bathroom freshner. It was not worth the money we spent for this stay.

The breakfast was buffet mostly and it was a fairly good selection. We ordered food for convenience and chef does a good job 👍🏼. All staff at the hotel greeted us and had a smile. Reception staff were extremely helpful in providing us tourist info and even arranging transport for us during our stay. Id be happy to stay in same room again next time.

IndiaThe room was provided in the attic but there was no central heating available. They could have provided a portable heater instead. There was television in the room, but there were no channels subscribed with the provider. Even the free channels were not available for viewing. There was no clear view of the mountains or the city. As per the facility mentioned in the booking.com, no bottle of water was provided on the first day. Even when the request was made the bottle was provided the next day when the room clean was requested. As per the facility mentioned in the booking.com, there was no electric kettle in the room to warm-up the drinking water. We had to request it every time for warm water. And they took more time to bring the water. Also, while selecting the room, the images depicted a big room, but when the room was given it was a little small as compared to the images.
The room availability as we arrived early, and were given the room. The food was good and delicious.

United KingdomThe sheets were filthy. My bed sheets had not been washed and smelt of body odour. I ripped all the sheets off in the end to find a disgusting mattress protector. I had to get housekeeping to replace everything at about 12:30 am. They couldn't supply clean sheets so in the end I slept on towels. They tried to apologise but when I asked for a discount they just blanked me. Its a shame because this could have been a good hotel. The way they dealt with the complaints was rude, the hotel manager didn't get off the phone, just insisted I pay the full rate.
The location is potentially very nice. The roof Terrace was nice too with a great view.

IndiaRoom quality was bad, it was a really shady property, not at all recommended for family stay. Our room had menstrual stains on the pillow and bedsheet. Really pathetic. We asked for a towel and they didn't bother to bring it for the entire stay. They forst said breakfast is included, then next morning, when i had the first bite, I was asked to pay.
