There was nothing actually that i can say. But waiting for the Spa to get operationalised. The tiles in the Swimming pool needs to get repaired.

Booked via booking.com, payment before arrival with resort itself. Unusual for me so far. Therefore some transaction fees which were not mentioned by booking.com were on top.

All in all a wonderful stay. The resort is in the middle of the tea plantations, beautiful scenery and absolutely quiet. You can enjoy nature. Very warm welcome, you immediately felt welcome. The complex and the chalets are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner outstanding. But it lives from the staff, simply outstanding. Even the chef gave valuable tips. It wasn't the last time I was here.

There are 2 routes leading to the resort, it would be great if more sign boards are provided in the good route. This was just advice, not a complaint.

The Location of the hotel was awesome & the resort & the rooms were luxurious. the cleanliness and the maintenance exceeded our expectations. The staff are so friendly & well mannered. This was the best resort with beyond expectations.

When there aren't enough people in the resort.suddenly your buffet options for morning breakfast shrinks to abnormally low. Which is kind of an underhanded way for the resort to save a few bucks. The reason being is the people who stay there are not paying cheap money it's quite costly you know. Hope they won't repeat this in the future.

The lights were not working,not even call bells,no towels,no toiletries, had to ask for each and everything.i don't think the room was properly prepared for the guests. Even at the stage of booking my experience was pathetic.to my queries no one replied.it was only the customer who is calling the property to get things done.it felt like they are not providing service but doing a favour for us just by booking rooms for us for a night. Really disappointed, will not recommend this even to my enemies.

Hotel name is carrying SPA but there is no spa, no bar, no swimming pool (heated) and nothing of this mentioned during booking.

No working wifi, no constant hot water in bathroom, Jacuzzi was not heating up optimally, no proper room service available for rooms, The chimney for fireplace did not work, all the smoke gathered in a closed room we slept in… would have been horrible if I did not wake up on time to let the smoke out through opening the doors and vents, as a result the room got cold again…the staff did not help me out on time as well.

- Property is new and has issues in construction e.g. toilet seat was not fitted properly. - It charged 15k/night but experience still need to reach that mark. For the current price it is very expensive. They should make the high-tea at least included and should not charge for it. - Staff broke my suitcase in handling. Need to see training of staff better. - Way to property is tough. The staff should send path to property ahead of arrival. People can get stuck following Google Maps and it is hilly area. + It needs to add some activities for adults so guests could relax in property as it is far from city.

rooms are too close to each other, you can hear everyone talking outside.. very disturbing at night.

it’s brand new, well designed areas, good views of the tea estates, far from the crowds. food was excellent.
