Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThings are starting to look a little tired if you look closely like rust on the bathroom lights, dents on the cupboard doors and some areas like drawer handles just not cleaned well. Pool loungers were comfortable but there are only 4 pairs.
Excellent breakfast selection sets you up for the day. Very comfy bed. Good staff.

To be honest, everything was very good. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Our room had been refurbished recently and was delightful. Our booking did not include breakfast but we ate at the Tamari restaurant on two occasions and the food was exceptionally good. And, as ever, the rooftop pool is an absolute delight. The location is also very good for exploring on foot and for proximity of taxi and tuktuk stands.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The service was prompt, professional, and always with a smile. Whether I needed assistance with recommendations or had questions about amenities, the staff was always available and eager to help. NetherlandsCoffee at breakfast could be improved (both filter and cappuccino). Having stayed 6 nights I would appreciate more variety in vegetarian options. Hair dryer with a button that you have to hold all the time while drying is tiring for your hand if you have long hair. Otherwise quality of hair dryer is good (various heat and power options).
Well appointed rooms with all the amenities. Appreciated having the iron in the room, plenty of drinking water etc. Very clean. Area is quiet and walkable, still some good restaurants are around, for all budgets. Staff is professional and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr Arpit from the reception for his help and kindness and for respecting my wishes about the room type - much appreciated! Restaurants staff is also good and professional: especially the restaurant manager, and a young Assamese waiter and a young Goan waitress. Thank you!
