We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI have booked for my parents, they took proper care of my parents waiting at the vadakal bus stop, they arranged for food also and made sure my parents took the proper commutation to reach our destination. The owner Thurai vel kept on following with respect to staying right from receiving till dropping. The stay is on the main road only, so not much effort needed to identify the place. A good home stay, also they were going to start their own kitchen soon.
