Staff could have been a little more attentive re. room cleaning but I guess I could have asked or prompted ……no big deal for me.

Great property,lovely staff. Stylish reception area & no fuss attitude of reception staff very willing to advise or suggest options. My single room was clean & all the fixtures and a/c worked well. Beautiful view over the beach & stunning at night. Close to both beaches on either side of the lighthouse. Not far to go down to the beach area for restaurants & lounges on the beach if required

My own fault - should have booked room with AC as it was very humid night and even with balcony door open & fan on was hot.

The view of beach amazing. I booked standard single with fan. The room was small but the view big! Room fine for one person, was clean & provided with a kettle. Excellent balcony for sitting and view. Small bathroom but good hot water. Staff friendly and helpful. Good wifi. Would have been excellent stay if I booked room with AC as a very nice place

The attached bathroom & toilet doesnt have any exhaust fan which might cause some discomfort. Also there isnt any convenient way like a telephone or ring bell to call up the reception. One has to go to the reception everytime to look for hotel staff.

The location is brilliant as it is just beside the lighthouse beach of Kovalam while still peaceful and calm. The private beach of the hotel which it shares with two other hotels is also a bonus as one doesnt necessarily have to walk to lighthouse beach to take a dip. The private is extremely clean and perfect to sit for hours as it is less crowded than the main beach. The hotel amenities are also upto the mark while the sea facing front of the rooms makes it one of the best value for money property of the area.

The yoga and massage guys on staff were a little bit pushy. When we arrived the manager was having a bad day and was quite rude to us. Demanding we pay straight away. We had travelled to get there and I had to insist on seeing the room first before paying. It’s didn’t feel good to be hassled for money at the beginning

The view over the beach and harbour was excellent. I loved the big windows onto the balcony. We were able to use the yoga room there which we took full advantage of. It was excellent

Room with a balcony from where you can enjoy a stunning view over the bay. The hotel is in quiet location, slightly elevated and with the necessary facilities and in very short walking distance from town. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Santosh provides immediate and very accommodating support by every question.

Some little issues with hot water but luckily the weather was nice and warm and didn't bother.

The seaview was spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable, so were the helpful staff.
