We stayed 4 days with our Pet. Extremely comfortable rooms, excellent fresh food, stunning views. Perfect much needed getaway from city hustle.They have an extremely playful pet Lucky. We wish to revisit again soon for such lovely escape and for Lucky❤️

The location of valley view inn is exceptional, set within Tea gardens, it offers peace, serenity and a fantastic view of the estates. The staff are amazing people who bend over backwards in ensuring that you enjoy your stay, umar bhai and santosh were like busy bees running up and down to fetch the many delicious food items prepared by Praveen and selvi served to your room hot and smelling heavenly. Praveen and selvi, power couple, were creating memorable dishes to tantalize your taste buds while having light fun with the guests. All of this, quietly being managed by the inn's mascot, Lucky. Closely moving from room to room checking in on guests, taking some cuddles as payment for a job well done. The manager Alok is a warm hearted person providing us with a lot of good stories about travel in tamilnadu and making good hearty conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again

The stay was amazing they had a very big space with balcony the staffs took care of us well and the food was extraordinary felt like a home i definitely recommend everyone to choose this place if your looking for a peaceful stay. One thing I would request if you could place a water dispenser in the lobby area it would be usefull if someone needs water at midnight.

Flies and few insects were there in the room which made us uncomfortable. They didn't have an electric bat or insect repellent. The complementary breakfast was not good.

The view from the balcony was awesome and the room was fantastic. Spacious room with more than necessary furnishings. The location was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was good.

One of the best location and property I have come across recently. Homestay has the best view and location completely surrounded by tea estate and mountain. And food was very tasty home vibe. Also the staff and hoist are very polite. Must visit for anyone planning to Kotagiri who want to blend in nature.

Absolute gem in Kotagiri, amazing place for family vacation with delicious food and breakfast. Properly is at rightly mentioned very beautiful at hill side. Comfort stay, rooms are spacious and well maintained and hygienic. Morning hill top view just at 1.5 km is amazing and breath taking.

This was first and short time stay in 'Valley View Inn'. I didn't expect such a good place and people in this property. As the name of the guest house indicates, it was an amazing stay for us which is located in a beautiful and peaceful place. Breakfast & dinner both was very delicious. Nice and spacious rooms with free car parking area. First charms is the reception. Host Alok and his staff were very kind and responsible. Will never forget the moment we spent there.

Our stay at Valley View Inn in Kothagiri was nothing short of perfect. Nestled in a serene location with stunning views, it’s the kind of place that immediately makes you slow down, breathe deeply, and just enjoy the moment. Traveling with our dog Togo, we’re always a bit cautious — but this was hands down the most genuinely pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed at. There were no extra charges for pets, and they even offered to prepare food specially for Togo, which was incredibly thoughtful and kind. He felt right at home — and so did I. The location is unbeatable, with peaceful surroundings and easy access to nature. One of the highlights of our trip was a visit to a hidden waterfall near Sundati — a short and scenic trek that led to a truly breathtaking spot. An unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to Alok, our wonderful host, whose warm and thoughtful communication made everything smooth and welcoming. And a special shoutout to Umar and Santosh, the amazing caretakers who were so attentive, caring, and friendly — their hospitality truly made this stay feel like we were visiting close friends or family. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape with warm people and true pet-friendly comfort, Valley View Inn is a hidden gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back — and Togo is too!

It was a wonderful experience with homestay " Valley View In" ! Clean, comfortable, and host as well as staff Santosh were incredibly welcoming. We loved the delicious home-cooked meals and felt right at home. And awesome view from the room balcony was a special feeling.

Valley view Inn homestay has been a remarkably comfortable and pleasant staying experience. We had never heard of the place much but we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice. Room was very cosy with ascetic interiors, a very hospitable staff, good food and service. View from balcony was very beautiful. It was really a memorable experience for us.

The location and the approach road to this place were great. Great place to reset away from all the hustle and bustle. They offered home cooked food which was very delicious. Room was very spacious, bed was super comfy and after long time had a silent restful sleep. Valley view from the balcony is great.

This property located in between the tea estate and have nice view point. We experienced good climate with sun and mist every where. The property was constructed in such a way that the other side of the property completely have a valley view from our room balcony. Morning we noticed few heard of Bison grazing in the tea estate. We really enjoyed the food prepared by the resort kitchen staff. All the staffs of the property were kind enough to listen to our asks and did a great job.
