This property is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Though it is very conveniently located it gives such a peaceful vibe. Every corner of the property is made with love and the thought behind everything is incredible. The detailing behind everything is beyond imagination. Food is fairly priced and pretty good in taste. Menu is good and staff is superb. Overall one feels very welcoming here !! Kudos to the team for making our stay so incredible !!

The rooms do not have a central heating system which makes it a little difficult to heat the room evenly through the night.

The location of the property is amazing giving an amazing view of the snow clad mountain. The rooms are very comfortable and value for money. The food at the property is also great.

I wish it just had a bit better approach and clearer surroundings. But nonetheless once you’ve entered the main gate, it’s a wonderful place to be.

Beautifully designed and very well maintained rooms and bathrooms. The housekeeping deserves a special mention. The bathrooms were so well cleaned n dried everytime. The food is also good. A very well curated menu and thanks to the chef for making those delicious dishes.

We booked the property especially to spend our New Year and checked out from another property, surprisingly they charged heavily for the new years eve & did not have a clue of organising a new years party. They invited a group of local Himachali dancers which was extremely boring. The food and drinks were very limited. They permitted only 4 drinks for 1 room which is not heard anywhere in the world before. They forced me to pay equally for my minor children who were non alcoholic and ate only pasta. in the end we had to consume our own alcohol. the new years party was totally a waste.

The location of the property is great, nestled in the valley, overlooking snow clad mountains of Manali. The accommodation was great with a duplex room and separate area for the children. F&B services are excellent. A perfect place to stay for the family.

Just wow! They have maintained the property so beautifully with so many personal touches! The view from the room is so beautiful. There is a beautiful stream through the property which is just mesmerising.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sitori. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. The food was delicious. The staff were attentive and courteous. Our daughter enjoyed playing with Cleo. Will definitely look forward to returning in the future!!

It’s a beautiful property located in a beautiful location. Loved garden area with trees and a small stream flowing through. My kid loved playing in the play area as well as outside in the garden. The various activities available within the property are engaging. And the food was excellent!

The approach road to the hotel is very narrow and broken. Almost 2 to 3 km of narrow, broken road with severe traffic congestion during peak hours.

Its a green and beautiful property. Its located in the interiors of manali. Food and rooms are very good. Service is good too. Breakfast spread is limited. Live counters are only for egg preparation.

Lavishly furnished rooms with all amenities.Only hotel with 100 litre AO Smith geysers in the washrooms.The property owners themselves are hands on 24/7 and ensure all guests have sumptuous breakfast every day of their stay . The resident French bulldogs Cleo and Tsarina are V friendly and it is a pet friendly resort.Amazing Mountain View’s from the rooms tempt us to stay for longer. The staff are all locals and extremely polite.

Nothing that we disliked about the property. You just cannot predict the weather in Manali - we got a freak day of heavy snowfall in the end of April. Traffic is super crazy across Manali so plan well in advance to get anywhere and to get back.

Outstanding property - clean, sustainable and very comfortable! Location was great too. They have an extremely warm and helpful staff - always ready to serve with a smile on their face! We will definitely look forward to staying here on our next visit to Manali.
