The food quality and the hygiene of the upholstery. It seemed unwashed and reused. A little more focus on the seets would create a greater impact.

The room and the amenities were decent. The sheets could have been better. The room service and in house food quality needs to improve as that is one place where this place lacks.

The staff was not responsible and not providing the kit and other items as mentioned on their website. Refrigerator was not working. Door lock was also damaged. The breakfast was not good.

The rooms are exactly the same as shown.

Staff Attitude - I complained about bad food at reception. The person showed zero empathy. He didn’t even acknowledged. Room cleanliness - The room was dirty, mirror was dirty. Called the housekeeping and they denied to visit the room. No toiletries - No tooth paste. No separate soap and shampoo Parking - Just 1 indoor parking.

Wait time to check. Almost took 20 mins for the reception person to turn up at the desk and post that check-in time.

Inflexible with check out. We checked in past 7pm and requested a late check out as our flight was in the evening. They refused citing they were booked but we know that couldn’t be true because they asked us to pay a half day rate if we wanted to say. They did not even offer a 1 hr extension. Food is oily. Breakfast does not have coffee. Cleanliness is average. We saw what looked like clean linen and towels placed on the floor outside the elevator

Rooms need maintenance. Ours had a curtain that was coming off in sections. Toilet paper looked liked one that was soaked and dried so it has stains. Noticed fresh sheets and towels placed on the floor. Remotes were grimy. Would not recommend eating at the restaurant. Food was very oily.

The option shown during booking (booking.com)was not provided, though upfront payment was made. Instead of extra wide bed (3 members), they gave twin-bed and extra bed on floor; ridiculously arrogant. Worse: front desk staffs never had any qualms about the deviation. Neither did they apologise as a matter of courtesy. It was like “Take it” or “Leave it”. Tried to justify illogically though which confirmed their non-commitment.

Very neat and location is prime.

they charged extra for EVERYTHING. Only one bottle of water was given a day, you had to pay extra for tv channels. the aircon was preset and you couldn’t change the temp. this made the room very hot. the refrigerator provided never got cold despite it being new. the rooms were very small. other guests were very loud after midnight.

It was clean.

Breakfast menu can have more options to choose from and the breakfast buffet presentation can be improved.

Clean rooms with modern furniture. Location of the hotel. Courteous staff.

Room wasn’t clean, I got rashes n continuous itching, hair all over room, tea tray want clean, there was continuous sound of kitchen on upper floor n in lobby area. Breakfast was flat, minimum options, no taste.

Breakfast is served quite late . It should be strictly be served from 7 AM onwards to facilitate guests for early checkout and plan rest of the day . The cost of breakfast was paid by us but due to unavailability of service couldn't be availed by us . The curtains of the rooms has a stinky smell and has remained uncleaned for ages

The staff are very good and very supportive, Most importantly they are very neat and clean. Room service was awesome. We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all are sufficient for all three members and they have taken care of my lovely daughter she is just 8 months old and they provided hot milk for her every time we asked. AC was not working properly Breakfast was not up to the mark, and even the paid food was quite horrible. While checking out, was charged more initially. However, after detailed discussion, paid the fair amount.

Apart from the location, nothing was worth liking as such this time.
