- Location is right in the lap of nature. However, it will take an extra bit of time to access major Ooty attractions. - You cannot shuttle between hotel and other places during the day due to location. - Needs to include many activities (TT table / chess / bonfire / fussball etc.) to keep the guests entertained in the evening as there's no place to go out on a stroll.

The staff could act a little more actively, like if we are ordering food to the room or the bonfire area, the dishes should be taken away the first thing in the morning, so that the surroundings stay clean.

The location is totally outbeat. The 360° view around the resort is green, cold and wow. If you are a nature lover, and you want to stay amidst greenery, mountains and away from the hustle bustle of the city. This can be a perfect getaway. The owner is also very helpful. Me and my husband checked in at the stay quite late in the evening, so we could not enjoy the view that day, he allowed us to check out the next day few hours late so that we could enjoy the view.

The location and view is fantabulous, good vibe calm and peaceful place to chill. You can sit outside and just relax for hours with the mesmerizing view Good food, specially to mention buffet breakfast which is pretty tasty and decent.We enjoyed the starters and main course that we ordered - they have a good cook. Good cooperative service staff. They also assist/arrange in to and fro visit to ooty town - you have to pay for the cab which is fine. Overall it's a Amazing location.

The path to the resort wasn't perfect as it is located in a far remote place.

Well the roads to the resort about last km or two, should have adequate light at night times, it becomes scary when it rains and you can't see a thing in the hilly roads.

The electric geyser (water heater) was broken, barely giving any hot water. The bathroom was cold and wet all the time.

The view was amazing, and that's mostly it. Except their own personal small dumping ground in the forest. They dump rubbish, which attracts wild animals.

Don't expect luxury, it's just a value for money property. If you don't keep.your expectations high, you won't be disappointed. And please note that there is no extra bunk bed in large room, the detail in booking.com is wrong.

The Google maps location wont get you to the destination. you would need to ask people to figure out the way to this place. we lost a lot of time trying to figure out how to get here. But the view of the place is worth the time taken to get there.

The food and the location was amazing. even though there are only limited options in the menu, what they serve they serve it well.

The staff was decent but our room had a spider infestation. Not the small spiders that you don't care about. Big ugly ones. Plus, a pigeon got into our washroom and shat everywhere. Very unhygenic. I have travelled a lot in Garhwal/Uttarakhand and Western Ghats and a bit of wildlife is expected but this is not acceptable. The area was calm and peaceful but the room ruined my stay. Another thing that i noticed was that some guests got a bonfire for free while we didn't. Which is okay but I did expect better based on what I paid.
