The bathroom needs better maintenance. The shower area had some holes where a shelf had been fitted and removed. This could be patched up

I recently stayed at WelcomeHeritage, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the housekeeping team did a great job each day. One of the highlights was the location — conveniently situated close to Hawa Mahal and local market, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast spread was decent with a good mix of options, and the in-house restaurant served quality food. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Great for a relaxed vacation!

The food quality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. Additionally, the fridge in my room was not working, and the check-in process was unusually slow.

Absolutely loved our stay at Traditional Haveli. The staff were the best. Big shout out to Ajith, Dinesh, Narendra, Bhuvdev and all the chefs for all the wonderful food and service. The warm and lovely front office team made sure all our requests were met. Looking forward to another stay when their renovation work is completed

Starting from the first second it was absolutely amazing! You enter in a shiny golden palace and are greeted by nice staff who are so service oriented, it's incredible. We booked the suite which was the perfect choice (and so affordable for western standards). We also used the restaurant several times and the spa, which was both great. In 2,5 weeks in India this was by far our best stay!!! Thank you so much!

Better toiletries wud have been better

Like the overall ambience , looks like we lived in a Haveli. The food was good, the breakfast was really nice and liked the hospitality of the staff, one issue was addressed immediately
