Limited food menu options and a bit pricey, uber pick-up can be an issue due to local taxi drivers wanting to be utilized near the Gokulam resort, autos can overcharge for drop-off from the beach especially if you are not a localite. I am, so I could make it out.

Great view and location. Courteous staff and delicious food. Sea breeze and view is the best. Spacious rooms. Peaceful getaway tucked between other fancier resorts. Extremely comfortable beds. Few minor issues in the room were resolved promptly.

The windows need proper block out curtains.( hotel said they are in the process of installing them.

It's set in beautiful gardens. The rooms are palatial. Bed and especially pillows were comfortable. The restaurant here is fabulous with a beautiful outlook toward the beach. My room had a patio area outside overlooking the garden. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

- Facilities like swimming pool were not upto mark or as in photos. It looked dirty, hence we didn’t opt to use it though kids were insisting. Instead we went to beach again - Shower and hot water was not working in one of the bathrooms. This caused issue as the bathroom with working shower didn’t have hot water while the bathroom with hot water didn’t have working shower. Though the staff tried to help and fix, it didn’t work and had to ask for additional bucket Not expected the above considering the amount paid for the rooms and for the standard advertised

- Location was very good, with beach views from the rooms and very close accessibility to the beach - spacious and very large rooms, proper working ACs - food in restaurant was ok, a bit expensive though

Pool size very small, a few areas good do with a bit of maintenance. Normal for India power cuts.

Good choice of food at breakfast, happy to cook fresh options sch as Dosa.

It says 200km walk to the beach more like 700 up and down a very steep hill , I was fine but my elderly mother couldn’t walk that far , tuk tuk a on hand though so no big drama

Wifi could be better. We had a little trouble getting connected but management worked hard to solve this problem. The structure of the building does have an affect on the wifi signal.

The shower area very slippery be careful. Mention to management good to install non slip rubber mats.

Room 902 which we stayed for 6 nights. Beautiful view of the sea and Kovalam Beach. Balcony huge, comfortable sitting hall bedroom also huge like the bathroom. Bed very comfortable AC cold and good shower. All the staff were exceptional courteous and helpful with Mr Akhil Manager of House Keeping personally attending to all our needs and making our stay very memorable. TQ Akhil and also to excellent room service orders provided by Stenin. Also very good location of the resort. Breakfast not a wide variety, mostly Indian.

Check if beaches are open because govt closes beaches without notice and for weeks together.

Great location, sea waves can be seen and heard from the room itself. Massive bathroom, great air conditioning. Breakfast is great, multiple options available that family enjoyed. Taxi stand next door with good ratea. Very friendly staff, supportive at all times. Will love to visit again.

Close to the beach (about 200mtrs) Amazing view of the beach from the room balcony! Food and restaurant services are excellent. Hotel assistance overall is very nice, warm.
