The location was in a crowded old spice market. But not the fault of the hotel.

The bed and the pillow. The bed was super comfortable. Though the hotel was in a very old heritage building , the room was super clean .The toilets and the toiletries were enough. Nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet though not elaborate was sufficient.

The location of the pool with the dining area combined was not ideal as there was very little privacy for swimming (felt like people could watch us swim while they’re eating). The pictures of the hotel online did not give a clear view of what the pool looked like.

The property was very well maintained for an old historical house and had gorgeous views from the pier. We had a great experience at the restaurant particularly with the kitchen staff. Abhijith was exceptionally friendly and super helpful with everything we needed.

Food is not great at the property. All the non vegetarian food items we ordered had frozen meat including sea food which is disappointing considering the property is located in near the beach/back water..

The rings could have been provided with more furniture. There was no table to keep luggage. No view from the room as the windows opened in market street. The restaurant has a small menu.

More than 100 years Old ethic home of spice traders with thier antiques displayed therein. Wooden construction, painted tiles, old furniture, feels like staying in old historical place. Location just next to back waters. Shall cozy restaurant right on the banks of the back waters. Close to prime areas in fort kochi

Had to change rooms as painting external to the first room was turpentine based and very intrusive. Lovely seating area over the water but nearby to area that was full of rubbish so some strong smells very unpleasant. Cleanliness could have been better but wasn't terrible.

The garbage floating in the waterways

I liked the heritage building with antiques, the pool,the restaurant, and most of all the staff. They were delightful.

Great location for those who enjoy watching the boats go by and staying in an antique styled hotel that was once a grain warehouse. Close to Mattancherry and the Jewish quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and European and Keralan breakfast was included. The hotel decoration is ready for a repaint, but they seemed to be starting on that when we were there.

The breakfast was of quite poor quality. Also a lot of crows ready to attack your plate.

Wonderfully decorated heritage hotel in an old merchants home. Large rooms with a very comfortable bed. Free drinking water on every floor. Very central at a walking distance between the main tourist areas. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel isn’t as clean and new as it appears in the pictures. The furniture is a bit outdated, the windows were quite dirty, and the AC leaked a lot of water into the room. Breakfast could be improved, and the kitchen service was rather slow.

Very well located, very unique and charming property with excellent views of the waterfront. Staff were very friendly and always available to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. Shivaji deserves a special mention for going out of his way to make our stay truly enjoyable in every respect. Well done and thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Bloom Boutique Waterfront in Fort Kochi. The location is peaceful, with nice view of the waterfront, making it a great place to relax. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering a boutique experience. The service was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a good choice for anyone visiting Fort Kochi!

The building is well-furnished and has fancy decoration in a colonial style. The location is good. I didn´t have breakfast but ordered a sandwich the night I was leaving: quite a good chicken sandwich.
