Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

V good breakfast. Our room was v good. We were upgraded to Taj Mahal. The staff are very well trained and very courteous. Would love to visit again. We were accompanied by an Italian couple, Mr Piero Frediani Who also stayed in the same hotel, and they are very well travelled world over and stayed in some of the best hotels but they felt Taj Mahal was by far the best hotel, they ever stayed in!

A very special thank you goes to Divyam Singh, the housekeeper assigned to my room. He is hands down the best housekeeper I’ve ever encountered — trustworthy, meticulous, and extremely kind. Alongside his afternoon-shift coworker (whose name I, unfortunately, did not get), they kept my room consistently spotless and inviting. Their attention to detail and dedication to excellence were truly impressive, and they made my stay all the more enjoyable. This incredible experience at the Taj Mahal Palace has left a lasting impression on me. In fact, because of the warmth, luxury, and exceptional service I received here, I’ve already decided that on my next visit to Udaipur, I will be staying at the Taj Lake Palace — instead of my original choice, the Leela Palace — so I can continue experiencing the excellence of the Taj Hotels group. You speak to one of them and explain them your need they assure you it’ll be done, you come down and the person on site is clueless and he will again take 15-30 minutes trying to contact the seniors and checking if its allowed/ permitted. Please communicate better amongst yourselves.
Our stay at the Taj had a few glitches in the beginning. Mr. Rahul (director of rooms) stepped in and everything changed. He assured us that things would be smooth from then on, and the experience really turned around. A beautiful bouquet was sent to us…a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Housekeeping staff Satish was marvellous, attentive, and efficient. Nikita at Loya is a gem—warm, gracious, and made our dining experience extra special. Thanks to the care and attention shown, we ended our trip on a very positive note and look forward to visiting again
