The place is wonderfully maintained by Rohit, who, along with his excellent staff, made our stay unforgettable. We were constantly amazed by the hospitality Rohit and his team exhibited. The food was the best homely food we've ever had, complemented by fresh milk from their own cows. The large balcony provided the best forest view, adding to the serene atmosphere. Our time at Shivdhaar was truly the best, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting kud Patnitop.

As I write this review, I can't help but feel a sense of longing for Shivdhaar Estate and the incredible hospitality provided by our hosts. From the moment we made our booking until the moment we checked out, Dr. Raina and Rohit Sharma went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And let's not forget about their adorable and affectionate dogs, Bingo, Tiger, and Dazy, who added an extra layer of joy to our stay. We visited Shivdhaar Estate in early July and were enchanted by the serene surroundings of nature. The cottages were a perfect blend of charm and comfort, with their rustic interiors and thoughtfully designed sit-out area that offered breathtaking views. The owners were always on hand to assist us and provided valuable insights for exploring local attractions and the nearby nature reserve. Our time at Shivdhaar Estate was truly special, and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to escape to. We had an unforgettable stay from July 17th to July 18th, 2023. It truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Rohit, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He not only efficiently handled all our needs but also shared his personal experiences and provided valuable insights into exploring Kud Patnitop. He even took the time to understand our individual food preferences, making sure we had a delightful dining experience. I must also mention Rakesh and Kaushlya, the stewards in the dining hall. Their service surpassed anything we had ever experienced before. With their genuine kindness and years of expertise, they made our meals truly memorable. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were impeccable, reflecting the dedication of the staff. They were always attentive and eager to assist us with anything we needed. The ambiance of the cottage was enchanting, with beautiful flowers and a breathtaking view of the mountains. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all my friends and family. The level of service, combined with the wonderful surroundings, made our stay truly exceptional.

I had a lovely time with my family at The Shivdhaar Estate. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was neat and tidy and above all, the food was so good! We had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Mr. Rohit Sharma goes to great lengths to make the customers feel at home. A lot of effort had been put into every little thing which made the stay there very comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself is very beautiful and well maintained. The views were just incredible and we enjoyed games and a good time. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Although the staff might not possess the same level of formal education, their genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality are truly unparalleled. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, while the cuisine is not only delicious but also served piping hot. The breathtaking views and fantastic location add to the overall allure. All in all, it was an incredibly gratifying experience. The food was exceptionally good, offering a delightful culinary experience. The view is nothing short of picturesque, especially from the forest-facing balcony, which adds an extra touch of beauty. It's worth mentioning that the founder of the homestay exudes a down-to-earth demeanor, which only adds to the positive impression.
