The property was undergoing construction when we stayed so the was a large amount of construction noise during the day but stopped during the night. Some of the free breakfast options were paid.

The breakfast was very poor as the food variety was very limited. There was a lack of culturally different food like European food or even cereal. As far as I remember nothing was labelled either, which would’ve been a major issue if I was vegetarian. There was also a lack drink options.

The rooms were nice and spacious and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their luggage storage for us was also very useful.

The location was great, not too busy on the streets and metro nearby. The room and bathroom was very clean. Spots nearby for food which were foriegner friendly.

Advertised it had a bar, but actually didn't. Beer only available in the restaurant, no opportunity to relax & drink in the hotel. Very disappointing for a so called 4 star establishment.

We tried the massage service, but it was not worth the price. There were a lot of extra hidden costs. There are a few fixes that would improve the overall customer experience. For example, our toilet flush button was temporarily fixed with some tape instead of being properly repaired.

The only drawback was the lack of hot water in the shower - unfortunately it only got tepid at best, and usually was cold.

Room was very spacious, comfortable and had a very large and comfy bed! Lots of natural light through the large window. We had some great roomali roti wraps delivered as room service, and enjoyed being able to make teas and coffees in the room with the electric kettle. We also really enjoyed using the outdoor pool, which was a good size and had nice sunloungers. The staff were very accomodating, staying up to check us in at 4am when our night bus came in!

Heater was not provided and no first aid available. And The manager denied our request to cancel for the second day inspite of sending a request email through booking.com. he just flatly refused to cooperate and wanted to take the money at all costs. That was highly unpleasant and very unprofessional way of dealing with customers. Manager you are Very very very greedy for money. Shame on you.

They are trying really hard but it is not a luxury hotel at all: you will be paying over average just to get a regular hotel. They don't warn you that the hot water is only working at 7am and 7pm. And that is if you are lucky, we had a problem at 7:30pm and had to wait until almost 9pm to get hot water after complaining 3 times and had a person coming to the room to check that, yes, there wasn't hot water running. Forget about the swimming pool as it doesn't get much sun, the water is too cold and they are right now working on something around the pool so you will have like 5-10 Indian guys staring at you, without blinking.

Good room and a comfortable bed to get a rest. That is all. Honestly, we paid for this place to avoid all the scams around Agra and at least it is honest about what they offer, and that was enough for us, it allowed us to enjoy the Taj Mahal and all the attractions in Agra.

Hot water was intermittent - staff sought to assist when this occurred. The hotel is also undergoing some refurbishment (in particular around the pool area) but there was no impact in terms of noise.

The staff were exceptional in their service. In particular the Assistant Manager Mr Kumar went above all expectations to assist in facilitating the next leg of our travels - this was greatly appreciated and added to the quality of our stay!

First of all the cost of 5k per night isn’t justifying to the facilities they had at the hotel. According to me, the price is worth 2k. The room door entry didn’t work and it’s all broken. Cleanliness isn’t that great and would require more sanitisation. Staffs have no clue on customer experience.

cockroaches on the breakfast buffet .so dinner and breakfast paid included in tariff were lost of money . preferred to fast than eat with the cockroaches . poters don't leave you alone while you don't give them tips. if its coins they will say u not is not enough . at 02.00 wedding outside -so forget about sleeping
