It was lovely checking in here after a long journey. Everything was taken care off and the beds were the most comfortable I slept in during my whole journey in India.

Contrary to other hotels in India, this is a hotel where everything works, it is amazing. Maintenance great, rooms modern with very nice room control iPad, great gym, great food in restaurant and great staff always willing to put an extra step for you, and all of that at very very reasonable prices. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention great cappuccino in the coffee shop. You guys nail it, I am giving you a 10

Service was a tad slow in the Pavillion Coffee Shop.

Had a great stay at The Residency Towers in Coimbatore. The hotel is centrally located on Avinashi Road, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotless, with attention to comfort and detail. Service was professional and prompt, with staff always ready to assist without being intrusive. The in-house dining options were excellent, offering a good mix of South Indian and international cuisine — the breakfast buffet in particular stood out. The hotel has top-notch amenities, including a well-maintained gym, a lovely pool, and multiple restaurants and lounges. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. A great option if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and location in Coimbatore. Would definitely stay here again.

Positioning of shower not very practical. Dishes in Pavillon labelled in local language only and hard to know the composition and spicy level. Very often waiting staff did not know the details of dishes on the buffet

We stayed at the Residency towers in Coimbatore The staff helped us with places to see and also provided help on how we could get to our next destination. And also helped us with suggesting getting an Indian phone number... As that makes booking trains etc. A lot easier. Big thanks to Prabu and Bridget at the front desk.. for all the help. Also big thanks to the staff at the break feast . Great service as well. Great place near the railway station. And near LuLu urban center ..

The extra taxes at the restaurant is a bit high and the swimming pool is not clean

From the room to the lounge area everything so beautiful. Good breakfast both taste and variety. Location also is good, near to the shopping area and lulu mall
