IndiaThis hotel is not value for Money. Situated at highway which is secluded from the City. Temple is around 4 Km from this place but due to lot of constructions gng on, you need to take a diversion. We didn’t had a Car and had to wait for a auto or e-rickshaws who charged high prices. Staff needs to be trained and hired from hospitality industries. You didn’t get the required hospitality with this kind of price.

United KingdomFor visitors to the Ayodhya town, this hotel is out of the way. Late evenings it is difficult to get transportation, even Uber or Ola were not available. The taxi that hotel recommended was 4-5 times more expensive than Uber. The linen in the rooms is clean but tired, the towels were hard and showed signs of use/wash. Floorbaords in the room were peeling and the AC controls did not appear to be working although temperature stuck at an ok level, not too cold and not too hot.
The staff are very friendly, courteous and well behaved. They can speak english, are clear in communication and show a genuine desire for service. We were out of the hotel and struggling for transport in the dark of a cold night when an off duty staff member saw us and helped out. One of those incidences when faith in humanity is restored.

South AfricaI feel that the executive room was over sold and priced very high. The price was exorbitant and did not include breakfast or dinner. It does not meet international standards. On the day before we left, the room was only cleaned after 2pm. Floors were not mopped and shower wasn't cleaned. Professionalism needs to be improved. It is even more expensive than international hotels. They need to clarify start rating.
Akash was a great help. He was kind and went out of his way. He even upgraded us to a suite. Food was amazing.
