i was shown and alloted a very small smelly room with no windows at the end of the corridor. On refusing that room i was alloted a better room on first floor .Why they did this i cant understand.

While checking in the front office staff asked for more money than the amount shown while booking through booking.com . Had to highlight that to staff and showed him the amount shown on the booking.com app. Then he agreed to give a ‘ discount ‘ to match the booking.com rates .

This hotel is not value for Money. Situated at highway which is secluded from the City. Temple is around 4 Km from this place but due to lot of constructions gng on, you need to take a diversion. We didn’t had a Car and had to wait for a auto or e-rickshaws who charged high prices. Staff needs to be trained and hired from hospitality industries. You didn’t get the required hospitality with this kind of price.

For visitors to the Ayodhya town, this hotel is out of the way. Late evenings it is difficult to get transportation, even Uber or Ola were not available. The taxi that hotel recommended was 4-5 times more expensive than Uber. The linen in the rooms is clean but tired, the towels were hard and showed signs of use/wash. Floorbaords in the room were peeling and the AC controls did not appear to be working although temperature stuck at an ok level, not too cold and not too hot.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and well behaved. They can speak english, are clear in communication and show a genuine desire for service. We were out of the hotel and struggling for transport in the dark of a cold night when an off duty staff member saw us and helped out. One of those incidences when faith in humanity is restored.

Reception staff were unbelievably rude and unfriendly. The location is too far from everything. Nil uber would come there or go there. I didn't get the room type I paid for. Downgraded without compromise

Quite pricy for the room comfort and buffet breakfast was not great at all. Even the staff was asking us to eat from outside. Bathroom is pretty cramped.

I feel that the executive room was over sold and priced very high. The price was exorbitant and did not include breakfast or dinner. It does not meet international standards. On the day before we left, the room was only cleaned after 2pm. Floors were not mopped and shower wasn't cleaned. Professionalism needs to be improved. It is even more expensive than international hotels. They need to clarify start rating.

Akash was a great help. He was kind and went out of his way. He even upgraded us to a suite. Food was amazing.

Staff working behind the reception desk is dealing with lots of query ie checking you in,also dealing with query on the phone or also dealing with another mobile phone query while dealing with you & answering query by other people who just jump the que & that is when the mistakes happen as I was billed twice for someone else’s food order as the person had input incorrect room number

Property was very clean. Was made to feel very welcoming when we arrived. Rooms were also very clean. Breakfast was also superb had lots of choices.

The breakfast was good. The staff was good and courteous. The rooms in the middle had the smell of dampness probably because of lack of ventilation. The staff was however, very helpful and gave us a better room without any hassles. Though the location is not very close to the main temple it is located in a clean area next to the main road.
