How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It’s not well maintained. Things are getting old. Shower system doesn’t work very well. Difficult to get proper combination of hot and cold water. In room dining menu options are limited and food is not great.
Good location. Just by the side of the main road. You can easiily go to other important nearby locations by walk

Half shower glass, towels look old and faded, bath tub sealed rough look unprofessional , no microwave, no shower slippers, no conditioners for a 5 star hotel lots are missing, however for a short stay not worth complaining.

The only thing that we enjoyed at HHI during our two nights stay is having breakfast. Food was exceptionally tasty and of very high quality. On the other hand, we had very bad bathing experience. We feel that the toilet and shower fittings need to be upgraded ASAP. On complaining, the room boys immediately informed the maintenance staff who took 7 hours to repair the bathroom fittings but couldn't fix it. The second night, instead of cooling my room, water was dripping from the AC unit making the floor and my luggage wet. Overall, I feel that except for food we want to forget everything about HHI in a hurry. God save the HHI!
Buffet Breakfast was excellent. and every items/ Menu was selected with great care..

Room is too large ld, there was cockroach found in room. Bathtubs broken. Bathroom doesn’t look like an upscale hotel bathroom. It needs renovation everywhere inside a room. Bedsheet was used, I had to call to replace it.

The lock of my room was broken that too from where you access your key card and when asked for a replacement room they said "that's how it is".

there was some party in the adjoining room which was very loud and I couldn't sleep all night on the day of arrival. I called the reception thrice. they came promptly but were unable to take any action to quieten the noise created by the occupants at 2 am, 3 am and 4 am. The shower floods the whole bathroom and makes it very slippery. i slipped twice in 5 days. I think it needs some work to be done. I Informed the Housekeeping and the Duty Manager but no immediate steps could be taken. Food was okayish, nothing extra ordinary to write about. Room service was very slow.
The staff were very nice and helpful.

The bedclothes and towels are not crisp or fresh. The cleanliness of the toilet can be better. The food at breakfast was just passable. Their food prices are quite high. The hotel is an old building and has been refurbished, but beneath the gloss, it shows wear and tear. They have events and party nights, so the music can disturb your sleep.
The location is good. Their staff is courteous and pleasant. The lobby and the common areas are big and there is an ambience, but that doesn't extend to the decor in the rooms.

Overpriced as per the room condition. Cleanliness was ok though I found a used earbud as soon as I entered the room near the TV rack. When the room is booked for 2 the amenities should be for 2 but I had to ask the staff for a 2nd towel and bathmat. No facecloth, handtowel. Asked if they could heat my food but they refused to do so. Asked if they could provide some plates and spoons but they charged ₹100 for that. I mean when a guest is paying over ₹5,000 per day, he should get a couple of plates for free, don’t you guys think so??
Good vibe in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. View from the room towards the main road was good.

The Ac regulator did not have an ability to control the blow of air. It was on high mode only and there was no switch at all. There was a regulator for the temperature and on/off switch
Hot breakfast was good. Umpa and omelette was delicious Room was clean and good. Staff are prompt and helpful.
