Hotel Govind Palace is quite close to Ram mandir and other attractions. It is at a walkable distance from the mandir which makes it quite favourable location. Property was neat and clean, friendly staff and well equipped room with all necessary facilities. It is on the road next to ram mandir road which makes it safe to even walk and come back at night.

IndiaHelpful staff, but not worth the price. The people were polite and accommodating, but the stay itself was a bit disappointing. When I opened the bathroom bin, a swarm of mosquitoes flew out — we spent most of the night trying to kill them. For ₹3.6k per night per room, the facilities were extremely basic. No cupboards, no table to keep our things, and the bathrooms didn’t even have railings. The price just doesn’t match what’s being offered. If they improve the cleanliness and provide some basic essentials, it could be a much better experience.

IndiaThe traffic to reach the hotel. I guess the location is fantastic, however, the time I went was during the Kumbh and it was very heavily crowded with many roads leading to the hotel being shut. Also I’d have preferred the hotel to have an elevator.
There was no restaurant at the hotel. They had however provided for tea/coffee in the room. So that was good. There were restaurants around.

IndiaThe room was really very small. No space really to even sit properly although they did provide us with 2 small chairs for the room. It is aimed at guests who plan to stay in the room mainly for sleeping. Since it was very hot during the day we wanted to spend the afternoon in our room, and missed being able to sit comfortably on a proper chair etc. There is no window in the room or bathroom. Just a closed frosted glass window along the corridor. so the room feels very closed. The rooms are along a narrow corridor so one can hear any noise, conversation etc happening in the corridor or if other room doors are open. The frosted glass closed window along the corridor also reduces the feeling of privacy although noone can look inside. The Toiletries were just basic, but the room pricing is also very cheap so can't complain. The shower has no curtain or enclosure so the entire bathroom gets wet easily. The staff can come and wipe the bathroom anytime you request but it's not convenient to call them often. Would be good if floor wipes could be provided for the bathroom. It's a very new property, so when we arrived there was no front door to the hotel. Which also meant you could hear and smell much more of the street noise and dust even into the room although it was not terrible inside the room. We were there at a very busy time (Ram Navmi) so there were exceptionally huge crowds making the area very noisy. But we were informed that the door would be fitted soon as it was ordered from a custom workshop.
The location of Govind Palace is Excellent! It's walking distance from Ayodhya Dham Railway Station, and walking distance from the main temples. We were able to walk everywhere easily. The staff are very polite and were very kind in dealing with all our requests, and providing information etc. The main avenue for all the temples, is just a 100mts walk. That also has several shops and restaurants alongside which make it easy to find food options close by and one does not miss not having breakfast option at the hotel. For eg. Udupi restaurant is a ten minute walk from the hotel and is excellent for a variety of food options. It's a very new property so everything is new and clean.

United KingdomNothing in particular. my stay was really short and everthing went fine.
Location is excellent - 300 mts from Ram Mandir which was the reason I booked this hotel. There are few stairs at the entrance and a few rooms on the same floor. The basement is under construction. This hotel is approx 30 mins away from Ayodhya Cantt station by Etaxi. Once you walk towards the temple, there are many shops and eating places all around.
