The app on the cell to operate the lift and room was very erratic Had to opt for an access card The swimming pool needs more cleaning .

It was renovation in the Hall, and on 4th floor. Sometimes there were noise. Pool require renovation also- floor is destroyed.

They do not offer poolside F&B service (though i was told this might change soon). Having a drinks service by the pool would make the experience even better.

Excellent spread of breakfast. Very generous sized rooms, general sense of spaciousness. Large pool for a city centre property. Very obliging and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention of Ms Rashmi at the front desk who helped us as we had booked 4 rooms of different lengths of stay and had various little requirements. She went out of her way to ensure that our party was well taken care of, despite the renovations taking place when we visited.

the floor mattresses were dirty and had a foul odor there was no smoking area, well there was a spot but without a roof or a chair or anything besides an ashtray breakfast was ok but didnt provide enough value

The entrance to property - In and Out was a bit tricky to find.

Large room and wide corridor. Decor was ethnic liked the photographs of temples and decor of Sian restaurant. Good to have restaurants with different cuisines and Spa under one roof. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were good, but they could use a little art, too many blank walls which made it feel clinical. The furniture needed some retouching. Hard to find things that I didn't like to be honest. It was a lively stay.

The food was amazing, the rooms were big and the staff were so friendly. They were so helpful in making my stay so comfortable. The breakfast was the best part. The spa was so relaxing and the best feature.

There can be more varieties in the buffet breakfast menu and also the taste can be improved.

The property was neat and the hotel staff were very helpful and good especially Ms sweety, Ms koyal and Mr Ragul We hired a taxi from the hotel to mahabalipuram which was very nice. The driver Nagarajan was very good. He made our trip very pleasant.
