The property was really nice. The staff were very polite especially Kishan who took care of us during our meals.

The location, the property, the staff, and our room were excellent.

The food was average for the price they are charging.

A complete destination in itself , activities for everyone.

Ask Haryana / Gurugram Govt to repair the road from Sohna to this resort .

A special mention must go to the support staff and managers, who were always attentive, proactive, and ready to help at every step. Staff at Taj was really nice and welcoming. Service with a smile was the motto. Many people including Shyam were instrumental in making our stay with our 7 month son Nirvair superb

Well spread and planned , well maintained and clean , nice rooms and food . The staff at reception , breakfast ( Kishan was great host ) were good and room service was fast

There should be few Taj indicative arrows from the highway . Else it is a bit confusing . Parking should be more organised

The property is massive and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and with every amenities.

The service was slow but staff were efficient. The only thing which they need work on is service.

Lush green property. Nice view and comfortable rooms, and spacious. The service was courteous. Especially Manager Mr.Sunny is always ready to make the stay comfortable.

The Telephones did not work so it was difficult to call a buggy for my senior citizen father, or for room service. Minimal Breakfast spread and choices for the Taj property and Prices. The servers picking things at the buffet for Guests are in a hurry, will push past you or block you. so it is better to ask them to serve you, instead of picking things

Ample of Space for outdoor activities. Well Maintained Greenery.

There is no difference in booking normal or luxury room. Same size. Worst Part is Guest Service on the telephone which is 24/7 is not answerable, Duty Manager Number is not connectable. Only In room Service Dining is connectable and I have called multiple times for transferring to the reception for smaller things. Guest Management is very poor as seems staff is lesser. Only 1 functional restaurant which is crowdy and not able to serve the things on time if you order A La-carte. Will not recommend to anyone during weekends or holidays.

Food was good

Construction was on so pool not available. Lake had dried up so the beauty of the place was lost . Not the property's fault but the charm of nature was not there
