How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The mountain view name of the room is bit mis leading
I liked the room, but it mentions mountain view but you can't see the mountain from the bedroom balcony it's bit mis leading

food, also children play area wasnt as clean as expected, toys were old and dirty never washed
Food can be better, few items didnt feel quite fresh and there can be more variety, we have stayed in Fariyas and the variety is far far superioir with similar charges

breakfast and dinner had ample options and nice taste, location was also good, the view was mountain view and peaceful, and staff was very polite and nice. room was clean too and spacious. enjoyed the corn and tea at the entrance which was such a nice touch! enjoyed the game area facilities as well along with the spa and gym.

The suite was not worth spending 15k per night, the kids play area not well designed for kids between the age of 6-12. Spa was average. And the location is little outside Lonavla.
The staff was good and helpful and loved the food.

They do have swimming pool but very small in size. Some recreational games are there but very limited. They have air hockey but not working properly. They keep some activities in the evening but when we reached, no one was there.
This hotel is very near to 2nd Entry of Lonavala, say after Khandala entry of express way. We have reached early so we have to wait for the room but they have given us the room at 12 noon where as check-in was at 2 pm. Check-in was very smooth. Rooms are quite spacious for 2 but with 3rd bed it will be full. Not much space left. There is not much view from hotel. Ours was facing express way. Room has all the amenities required. Bed is quite comfortable and king size. Cleaning staff was very helpful. They were ready to help if you want cleaning more then once, they are ready with smile. They have given us many more water bottles due to hot temperature. They have very beautiful spa. We have used that. Masseurs are quite professional and understand our requirement. One can try this. They have wide variety in breakfast. You get south India, north Indian and continental breakfast. Service is also good and fast. Stewards are ready to help. We appreciate ‘Urvashi’ at the restaurant. She was very helpful. Book hotel with breakfast only. We have not taken lunch/dinner so can’t comment. Overall good hotel to stay with good service.

Restaurant ambience is t great. Slow service, loud live music, etc. not very family friendly. The mattress was also very soft and saggy, not good for sleeping in

No WiFi or TV services available throughout stay. Data signal variable so if you need internet access check with property that their WiFi is available. Small issues with a flickering light ( all night in room ) and no coffee sachets in tray for morning drink. Needed to book an extra room and actually still got a better rate online than at the front desk .

Requires customer survey form to be available instantly when asked . Railings in all areas for safety . Direction to hotel from road should be well marked and prominent .has a decent spa .Swedish massage was good
