Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaAC couldn’t be turned off or changing the temperature won’t work that made us very uncomfortable. Hair dryer and bathrobe was not available. Since buffet was not there for dinner we had to order à la carte.
Ambiance and overall stay was good. Room with pool view cheers up your stay. Hospitality of staff was the best. Food was also great. Pool, game zone for kids as well, activities were good.

IndiaCheck In, Check Out process is slow. Slowest I have come across all my trips. Food spread was limited. I have been to a lot of good hotels and this one seriously lacks in their food spread. I had dinner and a breakfast buffet. Also, although I did not order anything in the room, I saw through their in room menu and it was really overpriced. Especially considering the taste of food in their buffet. Hotel did not have any events planned (it was a day before Christmas). Normally all the good hotels I have visited have something or the other to keep the guests engaged. I feel I could have gotten a similar experience at a lower priced hotel, nothing really stood out. Honestly had better experience at a few three star hotels.
The property in itself is good and well maintained. My Room was good as well. Overall location is okayish, not great, not bad.

IndiaThe spa was disappointing. Firstly the lady who was doing the massage kept on hitting instead of massaging. Secondly she left and came back forgot some stuff so again went out and then came back. That wasted a lot of time and for which they charged me extra. Whereas it wasn’t extended because of me.
The ambience, food and staff was very good. The property was amazing. Loved our room.

India…Bathroom door had a major chu cha sound whn closed, Totally not maintained washroom and Taps we leaking.. Shower area door wasn’t getting closed.. No hair dryer provided… the towels were very old and in bad state. Worst was on Sunday Breakfast no cutlery no table number no tissue papers no service at all… Looked like they were providing free breakfast.. After charging such for everything we expect things from them like that too.. There were literally few 3-4 staff for service in 150-150 types ppl eating breakfast… What is management doin??? Totally disgusting The swimming pool side were very slippery bcoz of non maintenance or non cleaning which formed green colour Alge was clearly seen which resulted in almost slippery and unhygienic and dangerous for people swimming or holding sides
