We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There are less number of eateries near by. Need to walk a bit to get good restaurants.
The property is neat and clean. It is located near Fateh Sagar Lake and pichola lake takes 15 minutes by auto/cab.

Similar hotels with same price in the same location were available, which included POOL as well.
Comfortable and spacious rooms with big enough washrooms. Very friendly staff and amazing service. Decent breakfast.

The drainage smell in the bathroom as mentioned in other reviews. It was fine for one night but we might have asked to move rooms if we were there longer.
Good location and comfortable for one night. The staff let us store our bags for a few hours but not in any secure location, just the lobby, which was fine. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good.

There were no lockers for securing valuables and documents in the room. We hope that the Management will look into this.
The hotel seems new. It was nicely done-up and the staff at the hotel were very nice, polite and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Karan, the GM of the hotel who was very welcoming and full of suggestions on what to do in Udaipur. Mr. Pinto, the restaurant manager, very polite and took care of our every request with a broad smile. Also Mr. Junaid, in the restaurant, very polite. The hotel food was yummy and the location of the hotel was superb - close to the old city but also a bit away from the congestion and traffic.

Breakfast was included in our booking and we have been shown a very small buffet with nothing adapted to us. When we asked if there was a menu with additionnal things we could order (and pay) we've been given a menu but someone else took it back few minutes after arguing that we had to eat the buffet. So we left and had to get breakfast in another hotel nearby that was ridiculous. It's too bad that all the people there were so impolite. It doesn't let us a good memory of the whole place
The room was spacious and well equiped and decorated. The bed was confortable and everything was cleaned We didn't have dinner there but they have a rooftop with an amazing view

My 3 nights stay was a real nightmare: I had to ask to change room after the first night, due to the strong toilet drainage stink. In the second and third night I could slip for few hours only due to the music parties going on till late night (2/3 am) in the neighboring rooms. Staff do not take any action to stop these uncivilized people from disturbing the other guests. Staff can hardly speak few words of english: if you’re not Indian, it might be a problem. I run away one night before to look for another hotel. My suggestion: stay away from this place, if you have got any alternative!!!
Location is close enough to both Pichola and Fateh Sagar lakes.

Would have a shower wall to separate the bathroom. Fairly large bathroom and plenty of room to separate the shower and toilet facilities.
New hotel with very good amenities. Staff were very helpful and gave excellent recommendations on things to do. Junaid who worked at the dining area was excellent and arranged a very sumptuous breakfast. Gave us good tips as well regarding touristy stuff

Hot water wasnt functioning which was a temporary issue, staff assured to get it corrected asap.
We travelled with a 8 month old & I must say the stay was very comfortable. Location was really good and nearby all the city attractions. We were served with fresh food and it was very tasty. The property is maintained well & has a very colorful and vibrant ambience. We stayed here for 2 nights & was a pleasant experience. Special Mentions to Karan who helped with all transport and guidance about the city.
